Popped in mid afternoon 3/27/24 for a coffee and a bagel after a long morning of travel. The team went above and beyond to whip my order up quickly and even converse with me while I sat in the corner eating. I enjoyed the company very much after a busy morning. What a great team!

I ordered a ice coffee online ,went in they didn't make it right, And the manager charged me extra to add extra caramel swirl, that wasn't put in ,in the first place,her customer service was terrible ,rude and embarrassing the way she talk to me in a place full of customers and continued to talk about after I walked away, extremely unprofessional and appalling to know you treat paying customers this way and humiliate them over .27 cents!!! Well here's my .2 cents keep your caramel swirl I already paid for and my business will go elsewhere, and it's sad cuz they don't care if you stop going there, the way these businesses are getting away with treating people is disgusting!!!

After seeing some reviews I don’t know if maybe this was an off day for them, but the service was horrible. Lady giving the orders out was extremely sarcastic and hung on to my coffee while giving me a snide remark instead of handing me the coffee I paid for. Will not return here.

Friendly staff that always efficiently gets my order in and out on time. There’s nothing fancy about this location, but you won’t be disappointed with the quality Dunkin products that you get on a daily basis and the speed at which they pump out orders. They have a nice computer ordering system that can help you out if you’re in a big rush, but you don’t need to utilize this software to get speedy service! This Dunkin has been my go to for the past five years and even with turnover, they still have very high levels of service!

I love all of the staff here at this Dunks, I’ve been going there every day, since my boyfriend started working over at rite window. They make my coffee, so good every time! I won’t even go to another Dunks, because I just become disappointed. The entire staff here is just so sweet, they do such a they do such an amazing job!
