Every time I order something from this place, something in my order is wrong. I just ordered a refresher with sparkling water and they gave me regular water. It tastes like sink water. this is horrible

Everything in this place is good, but the drive-thru is good for coffee and small items, NO SANDWICHES! This is the only place I have encounter that won't serve sandwiches on the drive-thru. Other than that it is okay.

Waited in the drive thru for about 5 minutes and did not hear any response. I pulled up thinking maybe the speaker was broken since every other dunkins I have ever been to greeted me in under 1 minute. I pull up and get a nasty look and a "did you order" I replied no because I thought the speaker was broken . She then was very rude and says "it's not you need to wait". I responded letting her know we were there for 5 minutes so we were not sure if the drive thru was down. She responds said "no you weren't" and was very rude and cold. Her reason was they were busy which I understand but we got no communication at all. It clearly seems she's poor at managing her staff. Most likely because her attitude and her staff probably called out leaving them short handed because she's miserable. We decided to go to another Dunkin a half mile down and we shared our experience and they took care of our coffee which is amazing and shows they truly know hospitality. Good luck to this location.

Lady working drive thru window extremely rude throws your food and change at you and will tip herself well over $5 if u don't pay attention Just be prepared to get ur change whipped at you if u ask everyone else nice and the girl taking the order in drive thru very nice too
