Great location, but there is a 80% chance they will mess up your order. I say 80% because of the last 10 times I’ve been there, there has been a wrong item, missing item or something else wrong 8 of those times.

I always love coming into the Dunkin’s on Cambridge Rd. In Woburn. The crew of people are always so sweet and kind to me. They always make my coffee perfect and just the way I like it! Thank you to just a few of them I run into during the day, Gerri, Harvier, Julia, Andrew, Nejma, and Fehmider.

They used to have really nice people on in the morning time. Now they just have young kids who like to mess around while on the headsets and purposefully tell you the wrong thing when greeting you. Not very amusing to me but they sure thought it was funny. Might start going to a different location for my morning coffee
