I got everything I ordered no problem, so I appreciate that. This is more of a whole system review than a review of the employees at this location, which I had no problem with. However, my food tasted like burnt plastic and left a bad aftertaste. It is hours after and I can still taste a distinct weird plasticy taste in my mouth.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts in the area the staff is exceptional and deserve a large raise in salary .Unfortunately on 9/13 i went for my usual coffee to find the new owners have removed the senior discount not alot of money but when you go 365 days per year and leave a dollar tip always it adds up this to me is a slap in the face to people who have been a dedicated patron for 20 + years put it back

Unfortunately, my experience was a major letdown. I stopped by for some munchkins and coffee, but what I saw was appalling. There were flies buzzing around inside the fridge where the donuts were stored. I immediately informed the staff and, of course, discarded the munchkins I had purchased. Given the clear lack of cleanliness in the kitchen, I wouldn't trust this place with my food. Flies in the fridge are a huge red flag, especially when it comes to food safety and public health. I'm not trying to hurt anyone's business, but when it comes to food, health is paramount. Definitely wouldn't recommend until they address their cleanliness issues.

I used to regular this store on my way to work everyday. Until today. I accidentally sent my mobile order to an incorrect store. That’s completely my fault and I took accountability at the counter. The cashier told me it wouldn’t be an issue and proceeded to make my order for me. That was until (I’m assuming the manager) barked at her proclaiming that that’s “not what they do” after the fact I was already told that it wasn’t an issue and my order was already being prepared. I stated how come in every day and was met with a condescending “oh ok that’s fine then” I left the store because at that point I was already very frustrated. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

This place has nowhere to lock a bike, but also of note is how the sidewalk outside of it is just a continuation of the pavement from the parking lot. It's almost as if there's no sidewalk at all

Been many times before hit and miss I like better when made donuts. When kid love them filled big worth the visit. Now they stink not worth the visit. I hope when go this visit now they changed for the better.
