Food handling is poor. Hygiene level is below par. The person preparing sandwiches will either have no gloves on OR have gloves that touch food and everything else making gloves useless.

They can't ever get my order right, unsweetened vs sweetened vanilla. I like to go inside and order and I stood there for 20 minutes today waiting for my order while others came in after me and left. Not once did anyone bother to call a customers name that was in the store and many orders sat there while the customer was actually sitting there waiting. The staff move around so slowly like the people they are serving aren't in a rush.

This facility is extraordinary understaffed. There was one more mature individual trying to handle the mobile orders, drive up orders and in store orders.

It took twenty minutes to get a simple small two coffees. 19 min and 30 seconds was spent waiting for the order taker to free up and 30 seconds to actually save the order.

This is a management problem not the individual.

They really Can't make a macchiato to save their lives. I only come here because they open at 3:30 am and I sometimes will grab something on the way in to work. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. These people at his location have no business making coffee drinks. PERIOD. No foam not cool at all . CURDLED MILK? NO EXCUSES!

Absolutely the worst.
2 times in 3 weeks curdled cream in my iced coffee. When complained was told its the I've, causing cream to curdled.
They get aggravated when you ask to remake it right.
The manager asked a employee what the problem was and when I went to say something to her she just turned around and went back to the drive threw.
Not one person in that place cares at all.
Seriously curdled cream and they blame the ice.

Now I’m never one to write a bad review BUT felt it was necessary today. I work down the st from this dunks and wanted a coffee on my lunch break, so me and my coworker went through the drive through and ordered 2 of the new brown sugar shaken espresso drinks which we’ve had before at many places. When we received them we both tasted them and all we could taste was almond milk no coffee at all, now I’m not one that typically likes to go back and complain since I get nervous but I was very excited for the coffee and it didn’t taste right so I decided to go in. It was an Indian genetleman who helped me when I got in ( I apologize I don’t know his name), I was very nice about it and said I just ordered these in drive thru and I’ve had them before but they just taste like almond milk no coffee is there anyway you could remake them? & responded with an attitude “well yeah it’s like a latte..” and I said I understand that but I’ve had them before and it tastes different like there’s no coffee in it. He started to remake them and once I got the second round of drinks after giving back the first they tasted exactly the same but after the rude interaction I was too scared to ask them to be remade again so I left with the coffee I was unhappy with anyways. I hope the rest of the staff has better customer service skills then that.

Use to be good Now they are dreadful and only sometimes is someone there that speaks English At least the Hispanics had good service But these immigrants from India and other places are awful when they constantly mess up very simple orders Regular cream n sugar Bacon egg and cheese No you're welcome No greetings And act like you're bothering them Been working in this area for 20 years Done with this dunks

The drive through was packed with almost 12 cars in the queue. But, they got my order without any wait. All heated perfectly and no goof ups. Impressive!

We came at 9:30 pm even though there is staff in store, the staff locked the door. Poor customer service poor business! Don’t come after 9:00 pm it does show 10 pm closing but they always close an hour before!
