I came on on 3/11/2025 at 6:45. IT WAS PACKED. the manager on shift, I believe her name was Amanda, was absolutely killing the game. I haven't seen such efficiency and leadership since I left the military. She needs a raise or for dunkin corporate to gift her a store. The guy running the register had fantastic energy. All around impressed with the staff here. Great job everyone

I have gone here to this dunkin about since it open it ain’t perfect but it works it on the way home so I have gone their a few times as well at night 35 to 45 min before closing time to try to buy donuts for the kids and they are closed early it don’t matter the day they are always closed they are always closed early 🤷🏻♀️
The one positive is that the ladies working here have a good attitude. My experience included coffee that has a burnt taste, and when I ordered 2 coffees the 2nd one was completely forgotten about for 15 minutes...

I first started going to this location because I live in the area and it's the only Dunkin's I pass on the way to work before the highway. I first started going in and waiting in line, it took me over 20 min to order and get a coffee, after doing this for a week I seen that the drive thru is faster, so I started using this method. this lasted about a week or two and it still a mess, long wait and messed up orders. Someone said get the app and do that. So I have been using this method and it's great to use for people in a rush but even after putting my order in 30 min prior to going here, believe it or not the order still isn't ready here. The people working there even said bad management. I called the number on the receipt which it supposed to be the office, but they don't answer. Someone needs to figure this shitshow of a location out !!

Omg the best dunking experience ever! I can in and my order got mixed up and then I came back and the guys Shake and Nav were so kind and helpful they immediately made my order so I don’t have to wait. It was one of the best macchiato I have had at Dunkin.
