I had originally, 10 months ago, given this Dunkin a 4 Star review. Although their food is almost always good, and my order is usually accurate, and the service is friendly most the time. I changed my review because on my last visit, part of my order was a Pepsi, I asked for a cup of ice and they charged me $1. I can understand if I wasn't buying anything else and if I wasn't buying a Pepsi that I wanted to drink with ice but I did and I find it unacceptable to charge a $1 for a cup of ice on top of the overpriced Pepsi product. Again, I can see if I wasn't buying anything else but I bought other items and an item for the cup of ice. Totally unnecessary and unacceptable to charge like this.

This Dunkin' location is exceptionally superb!!! I give this Dunkin' location two thumbs up. I would give this Dunkin' location 100 + stars if given the option. The restaurant had a modern feel. The employees were nice, friendly, hard-working, competent, and efficient. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious!!! The restaurant was clean, well-organized and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. When my friend and I arrived, the restaurant was packed to the brim with customers. But even though the restaurant was really busy, we were able to get to the front of the line quickly, place our order, and we received our order fast. This is a great Dunkin' location!!! Awesome job to all the hard-working Dunkin' employees at this location!!!Wheelchair accessibility: This location's parking lot and entrance is accessible for wheelchairs.

This Dunkin Donuts can't seem to do anything correctly. Coffee orders are never correct. Too much sugar, too little sugar, too much milk, not enough milk, ignoring special requests like less ice etc. They ignore you when you're waiting for your mobile order to complete (which was ordered 30 minutes ago). And the manager is a liar. This dunks is dead for a reason. Go to Washington Street or Winn street for a MUCH better experience.

This has to be the worst dunks in all of Mass, if not Mass, then definitely Woburn. Unfortunately they are the closest and I'm without transportation , so this is kinda my only option. I order the same thing every time... an egg and cheese on an english muffin, med decaf butter peacan, cream , with splenda, and an order of hash browns. 2 orders i got sausage with my egg and cheese , one order no hash browns, and today was by far the worst because I got a med coffee with the whole bottom filled with pumpkin spice and so much sugar i could chew the sugar. I am diabetic and today ordered thru door dash and only got reimbursement for the flavor being wrong and there being sugar instead of splenda. when i got the number off of Google to complain, the number just kept ringing and ringing until a voicemail finally picked up and said the voicemail was full. If you find yourself in Woburn i highly recommend the dunks on Winn in between Woburn and Burlington. the owner and staff are both efficient, friendly , and always gets my orders right .
The employees expected me to know everything on the first day with no training. A worker named Kamal always takes out her anger on her co-workers. I get that it can be busy and frustrating at times, but she was like that everyday. Instead of trying to help me learn, people just tried to make me look bad to the manager. The second Dunks I worked at I became an assistant . Nine times out of ten I had the customers out very quickly. This place will make you wait forever at the speaker when there's like two cars ahead of you. Thet serve you donuts that are out in the open and flies go on them all day. The employees are pretty rude and standoffish to customers. Working here, they wanted to cut your hours and give you more and more and more work. Every Dunks will try to work you to death.
