The only reason I have 3 stars is that the tea tastes nice but the customer service was horrible. On April 19th around noon a boy at the counter was so rude - he even talked rudely to my 5 year old who was asking about what flavors they have. ( a very well behaved and exciting kid)
I would not recommend this place to any families.
Pretty bad customer service
Worst experience ever, went there today Jan-20-2025, around 5pm, guy at the counter is so rude, he was so busy on his phone didn't want to listen to the order. I had to tell him multiple times about my order. Looks like he didn't want to work there. Bad experience overall.
Disappointing for gong cha brand… other locations in Boston area much better quality
The cashiers needs to learn customer service and how to take to people. Third time here with 4 different cashiers and same experience. I will not be surprised if this chain disappeared so soon.
Came in 11:18, window says they open at 11. No boba. Guy was very impatient and dry

I had a terrible experience with the young lady on on Friday night. I ordered the wintermellon seed tea and she brought me the cold drink. I told her I would like it hot and she said I would have to pay again bcs I did not specify it.
I said for best experience for costumer, she could ask me what I would like it. That’s ok, I said: “I’ll pay it.” I waited for her behind the cashier, take a while, she started to make the on-lines orders and I asked her, “hey I said for you I wanna pay for another one and I’m here waiting for you, could help me?”. Finally, she brought me the drink, which was lukewarm and had low ingredients inside and give me with saccharism. I told her that I have never had an experience this in other units. I hope they provide training to better serve customers. I will not go back to the Woburn unit.

Disappointing experience & very poor customer service!
Burned waffle & wrong topping which I wouldn’t have written the review just for that (things happen). What I couldn’t stomach is mainly because the dude seemed quite grumpy, and unapproachable, which significantly impacted the overall service quality. He also gave my 3 years old the dead stare when he was walking close to the counter. My son came running to my husband and kept saying “ the man is scary!” Really dude?
It felt as though he would be better suited for a back-of-house role rather than interacting directly with customers.

I’ve been here a few times since it is local and they serve egg waffles. However, customer service has ALWAYS been unpleasant and awful. Why are you so grumpy dude?! No small talk, never gets the order right and always need to repeat myself. I can hear conversation or radio in the background?? Just awful customer service.
