We were here On 01/08 evening and the Guy who is at the Customer Sevice was playing a Game and he never listened to us and we tried to talk to him he never listened to us ..The owner this is for your attention really We like the taste of the drink so much but the one who worked over there is not a good person…Please make sure you recruit a good person who is good to the Customers..

We visited this location for the first time today and overall it's a clean and friendly place. The staff was nice (only one person). If you're looking for a refreshing and a quick snack this is a place to visit. They have milk teas, slushes and specialty drinks as well. I love boba tea so I can be biased however i can tell you this place is better than other boba tea restaurants in woburn square. This is a nice quiet location compared to the one inside the Burlington Mall. During this visit i went with my usual Lemon Ai Yu with boba, 30% sugar and less iced. Made it to perfection and I am saying this because the one at the mall messed it up before. I also ordered the regular egg puff. It's good, better than some places I had tried before. It is a bit pricey $6 but its made fresh. I would recommend this place over Snow Ice House Bubble Tea any day. The tea drinks are much fresher and tastier. This would be an awesome summer hangout

Earl grey milk tea with 3Js is my favorite. The taste of each ingredient blends together so well. I tried the egg waffle today. It was so aromatic and delicious. Highly recommend.

I've been waiting for them to open for a few months. Always checking when the brown paper would come down. Occasionally see someone walk into the place before it opened. Finally opened. I walked in, and tried to order what I wanted, but panicked and got a strawberry milk tea with basil seeds. I went back a few days later and got a slush peach tea 0% sugar and basil seeds. I'm watching my sugars a lot more and declined the offer of boba each time. Both drinks were really good and nice. It's dangerous the place is about half a mile from where I live. I plan on spending a lot of money there.

I ordered a pearl milk tea here and it’s among the worst experiences I’ve had. They were having a “buy-one-get-one-free” discount, but they said it wouldn’t apply to mobile order, which we had no way to know ahead of time. We drove a long time to get here. When we brought this up to the staff, all the three team members were indifferent and cold.In particular, one of the members (who seemed to be a supervisor) said to us that the one we ordered was not eligible for that discount and pointed us to a list of eligible products. We however found that what we ordered was exactly on that list. The staff then abruptly changed the position and asserted that it didn’t apply to our order. While that buy-one-get-one-free thing was just nothing more than a couple dollars(the time I used to write up this stuff would have already been much more than this already), the indifference and unfriendliness of the staff just ruined our day.Equivalently important(if not more) - it would actually be fine after all if the milk tea itself was good, which sadly just wasn’t the case either. The milk tea we got tasted very watery and we disliked it. It’s just the most standard pearl milk tea. I’m not sure about the rest, but this one indeed disappointed us quite a bit.In any case, I for sure will not come back again! I don’t want to buy myself unhappiness.

I had an amazing experience at Gongcha Woburn! The bubble waffle was absolutely crispy and delicious, making it the perfect treat to complement their top-quality drinks. Speaking of drinks, they had an excellent selection of the top 10 drinks, each one a delightful choice. I highly recommend visiting Gongcha Woburn for a satisfying and enjoyable bubble tea experience!

Gong Cha is a go-to spot for bubble tea enthusiasts, and my favorite there is the Dirty Brown Milk Tea. The combination of rich, creamy milk tea with the subtle sweetness of brown sugar pearls creates a delightful flavor profile. The pearls have a satisfying chewiness, enhancing the overall experience. The drinks are always made to perfection, and the customizable sugar and ice levels allow you to tailor your beverage to your preference. The ambiance of Gong Cha stores is usually cozy and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your drink. If you're a fan of unique and tasty bubble tea flavors, the Dirty Brown Milk Tea from Gong Cha is definitely a must-try!

I've wished for the longest time for a Boba tea place to open up in Woburn Center. I've had a checklist of all the places that Woburn needs and this was at the top of my list. Let's go! Looking for a refreshing drink that's just fun to sip and walk around with? This is it. Got kids and they want a treat, too? They've got made to order Bubble Waffle ice cream cones! It's a fun time for everyone. It's uplifting inside. The smell of subtle sweetness cheers you up! The menu helps guide you visually choose which mood you're in. Want to go traditional, I recommend the Pearl Milk Tea. Feeling a bit fancy? I love the matcha and the strawberry Bubble tea. Looking for an ultra sweet time? Look no further than to the dirty Brown Sugar tea. Just any time now, Woburn will soon open a little sitting nook-like area with picnic tables just outside the door. -Indoor seating is available, as well! I just can't leave without mentioning, this crew bursts with energy and joy. Dare I say, a bunch of true ...bubbly... personalities. Can't wait to come back! Welcome to the neighborhood!
