In an area with plenty of fast food, Grainmaker was a pleasant discovery for my wife and I when we were looking for even a slightly healthier option. Grainmaker delivered in spades. I had the Chef Curry with the Lemongrass Beef and it was phenomenal. I only wish there was a Grainmaker closer to us!

This place has ideas but lacking the better ideas instead of oven roasted sweet potatoes and oven roasted broccoli it's cooked in water making a bland flavor. I know restaurants that oven roast instead. A little adjustment goes in the flavor along way. I would not suggest the brownies it is from a cheap bakery in westborough yummy mummy. that owner does not care about quality its quantity. Some stuff that comes from central Massachusetts is horrible and often over rated.

I had The OG takeout. Great concept and I like the options and variety of veggies. However, most of the veggies were overcooked (Bok choy was very limp. Carrots were sliced very thin and too soft. Kale was good, not too soggy.) and sauces were salty. Pickled daikon was still crisp which saved the bowl.

Amazing and fresh food. Build my own bowl and loved every bit!
They served me spoiled Guacamole which is dark green from the go. The dips were salty and bad. Chicken was good. Tacos were bland. But the rest was just okay. I felt the veggies were not fresh enough. The staff was smoking at the their own store's front. Just two persons only on a Sunday struggling to manage the business.

Make your own bowl less than $12!! Could be more if you add paid extras, I didn’t because they had plenty of options. The staff was helpful and even let me taste something before I ordered it. Mixed sauces upon request and pointed out which toppings were extra money (something servers don’t do enough). All gluten free. The only thing I’d do differently is get the sauce on the side. But that’s me being picky.

Absolutely amazing! Alex was so kind and helpful with helping me figure out what I would like best based on my preferences on my first visit. The food was amazing, the veggies were crisp, the rice was sticky, and the flavors mixed perfectly! The environment is great too. Chill music that isn't too loud but also won't put you to sleep. If you're in Woburn stop in for a bowl, you'll regret all the times you didn't once you finally do so just do it! You can thank me later ?

Came to order 3 bowls on a Sunday evening. The staff did not speak good English so it was very difficult to communicate our order. We have a child with allergies to nuts so it took a while to ensure that was clear in addition to just simply asking for rice or noodles. The broccoli and carrots was all broccoli and everything seemed bottom of the barrel. Disappointed as the last time we came it was a better experience. A kids size bowl would be nice. It’s a lot of food which is nice.

The crew today provided my partner with what she called “the best tofu and rice” she has ever had at Grainmaker! I personally enjoyed the peanut chicken, topped off with a deliciously warm and comforting sweet potato that tasted just like mama made it. Mateo and his crew were courteous and sweet!! Def looking forward to our next visit!
