One of the last combo restaurants -- KFC and Taco Bell together! They really should have kept more of these going, it is great to be able to mix and match the menus with the shared kitchens. Enjoyed my visit to this location, definitely recommend as a late night option.

This KFC has been a staple in woburn for years! The staff they have now are so friendly. I had recently gone into KFC to grab a chicken bucket and completely dropped it! ( im super clumsy) and the staff was so nice and the assistant manager quickly made another one for me. Love customer service like that! Especially from a fast food chain. 10/10!

Ordered on line for their spend $15 on line and get an eight peice bucket free promotion. Did that. Went there. Saw the large posters advertising that. Despite having added it during check out on line it did not put it on our online receipt. Explained this to the cashier who then had the manager come over and he wouldn’t give us the deal either.

Ordered an 8 pc dark meat meal through door dash. Bag was sealed at the restaurant. It came with 5 legs one thigh and one breast. So it’s technically an 8 pc meal- it is not what we ordered. There were no biscuits and the corn was so cold it wouldn’t even melt the butter it needed badly. I’m guessing this is. Franchise that maybe doesn’t hire people who even care to do a decent job because of lack of wages. Never again.

You have kept such bad people on night shift that even the orders are not taken properly from them. They do not take what you ask and also charge more and whatever you ask for is not given in full. Then somewhere it is the fault of the employees which you people should look into. Your manager should look into it. If the work is not done properly then sit at home and do not harm people.
