Whatever you do don't go inside. Worse service ever. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I saw one of the workers picking their nose, and to make matters worse, they weren’t even wearing gloves while handling food. I couldn’t believe it. When I got my meal, the chicken was stale and clearly old, and the fries were just as bad. worst food ever

Ordered 3 x 5 piece meals for pickup for my family. When I got home, I got 3 x 3 piece meals. Called KFC support and asked for a refund as it was ~half the food I ordered and not enough for the family meal. No response after supposed "we've escalated and will get back to you". Contacted online KFC support a few days later. No response. I can understand mistakes happen, hence the 3x stars for service. However, 0x stars for how KFC handled the whole situation when reaching out via phone and online. I'm hoping to never have to go to KFC again.

Went into the store needed lunch working in Woburn today out of my element and I bought a three piece for $15 and they gave me three legs no skin nothing it look like somebody fried the chicken in their house. I said to him I don’t want this three legs, he threw it in the trash so I decided to just ask for my money back. I think he should’ve rectified the problem before throwing my food in the trash very rude borderline disrespectful. I am not here ever again.

I'm in the store right now making this complaint.
I asked the attendant who appeared to be the manager how much longer my order would take and he treated me in the worst possible way.
How can a company hire someone like that?
I found out about his other complaints on Google and talking to friends that he treats everyone badly, including customers.

I ordered food through the drive through and paid with cash. The lady pocketed 2 dollars and I didn't notice until I got home. The receipt said I gave her 38 dollars instead of the 40 dollars I actually gave.

I asked for a 2 pc and the lady charged me 9.62 instead of 5$ which is what I paid when I got the same thing like 3 hrs before. And it was the same woman.

I was robbed, I placed an order through the app and they canceled it 3 times, but they didn't return my money, they discounted the same order 3 times.

This is my second time I’ve ordered food here. The lady that works that is the worst she can’t hear or either doesn’t comprehend english through the telecom at the drive-thru or front inside the store . The first time I thought it was a mistake on my end but I’m convinced I need to start using sign language or a picture book. Please double check your orders before leaving and ask for receipts with proof cause this is ridiculous. Please get better staff.

KFC SUX NOW! Avoid this place! Pulled into the parking lot to find a few workers smoking at the dumpster. The cashier barely spoke English making it very difficult to order. Ordered the 4 piece meal. The pieces were tiny nothing close as shown on the menu board. Furthermore he overcharged my credit card by$4. The tables were filthy, no one cleaning. KFC stinks now we will never go again.
