Barlow family favorite for 70+ years! This was my first solid food as a baby and supper every Sunday night growing up. Went back last week and chatted with the grandchildren of the original owner my parents knew well. Their double hamburger is still the best pizza in the world!

Louies is the best by far in this area and most others. Very consistent and it shows as they are constantly selling out. The family that work there are awesome people who are down to earth and always thankful for the business.
Thank you for being so great!!

Five stars for their awesome pizza.
One star for their terrible attitude.
So I guess that averages out to three
Old school, the best pizza around.

The stars were aligned today. I called for a pickup and got a 20 min window, incredible. What can be said that already hasn’t been? They make great pizza. Crispy right out the oven, no flop, straight as an arrow, thin, crispy, great cook, nice char on the bottom. Expertly and thoughtfully made. Could stand a little seasoning, both the sauce, and the dough. Extra little pinch of salt goes a long way. However, excellent pizza. It’s in the blood.

Maybe 1.5 stars? I don’t know.
I have lived in Woburn almost all my life. Never tried Louie’s. Always heard about it.
Fast forward to the other night and i got a half cheese half pepperoni. It came out of the oven, went in my truck and took it home down the street.
Got home and ate and it was crap. It was a rock hard chewy crust, and thin enough that the pizza was cold by the time I got home. No flavor.
Nothing special here. I’ve had better Ellios unfortunately.
I think this place has more of a cult following than anything. The same people coming here for 40 years with no taste buds. Probably the same people that add salt to everything?
It’s too bad, but I won’t be coming back. There are far too many options for pizza in the area that I find way better quality.
The people working there couldn’t have been nicer though, so it’s a shame.
Also, it was extremely expensive. And to use a debit card she charged me 2$

Great thin crust pie. The cheese is melted to perfection and melds nicely with the sauce. This is how it should be.

Great pizza. Great family owned business for generations. Louis is part of the community and has been for a long time. Pizza is cooked all the way through. Sauce is consistent. It’s been the same since my first slice about 40 years ago. Atmosphere is for take out. It’s not a dine in type of place.
