I have been here several times and the experience is the same. The sushi is plentiful and good! The mixed drinks are weak and not very good.

Unfortunately, my experience with the food was disappointing.
The noodles were cold and didn’t feel fresh.
The shrimp tempura had a bitter taste, like the oil wasn’t fresh.
The crab rangoon was very greasy and heavy.

Place is so run down. Service is very slow. Waiter has no patience with us as if he did not want us to order more dishes. What kind of “all you can eat” is this!

One of the best restaurants in town!! I am from Ohio visiting my boyfriends family for the holidays. I ate here last year when I visited but since I was with a large group I wasnt able to focus fully on the food. This time it was just my boyfriend and I so it was easy to savor the food well. This is the best sushi I have ever had in my 24 years of living. I took my first bite and almost cried out of pure enjoyment of the flavor. Each roll was better than the last! My favorite would have to be the Chicken Tempura roll and the Godzilla roll. Too good!! Very good portion sizes!

The price for the all you can eat is definitely worth it! My advice is to eat sushi rolls first and get the fried things you want after! Definitely go on an empty stomach.

The dessert was delicious! We got the Tempura Banana (included in AYCE) and Mochi (a few dollars extra) The mochi was so sweet and delicious! The Tempura Banana was a dream as well!!

We had a very kind and nice waitress! Everyone working here was such a delight to speak to. The atmosphere of the restaurant is absolutely outstanding!

Cannot wait for the next time I can visit so i can come here again!

We taught servers were fighting and realized they are chatting with each other in their language loud, very loud. No respect for the customers enjoying the food and expecting a peaceful time. Great food, but not respectful service at all.

My friends and I last may ate all you can eat sushi. My friends recommended it because they loved it. The sushi was so warm and tasted kind of odd. I love sushi so this was springy not good. I couldn’t eat as much as I thought because was bad like not that bad but not the best tasting at all. We were a party of 8 and I got charged around 63 dollars I still get nightmares about that price! Yes I get that the tip goes up for over 5 people but how did it go from the 20s each to 63 dollars each that’s a scammer.

The food was amazing and the environment was phenomenal. Our server was very friendly it's just only one thing I had a real problem with and that was the time it took for the food to get to the table and someone greet us at the table. Other than that it was an amazing experience. I will go again.

Went here for my birthday in August and looking to go again soon! While it is expensive, as long as you love sushi and other foods, and can really eat its so worth it! Everything was fresh, my favorite was the sashimi, best ive ever had so far as a sushi/sashimi lover in my 16 years of living being low-middle class lol. Definitely would recommend, And i brought my friend with me and my mom, and we ate or tried to finish everything.
pictures too! some i forgot to take because i was too excited to try the food😭🙏

You have to wait a long time for your food. I recommend ordering all at once for the all you can eat. We ordered sashimi (tuna, salmon, and eel suhsi) after finishing our apps. It took around 30 minutes of waiting with no food until the sushi and sashimi arrived, and by that time me and my family had lost our appetite.

When I’m not at Maki Maki, I am dreaming about Maki Maki. Maki Maki is so good. I have been coming here for 3+ years and I tell everyone about it. The quality is perfect and better than expected for the price of an AYCE meal. I have never had any problems consuming the raw fish here. My bf & I love to eat as much as we can to get the most out of the deal. I never feel rushed, which keeps me coming back 🤣🤣. The servers are in a hurry to get the job done, not to chat up customers, you shouldn’t take that personally.

If you are doing AYCE, Its better to pace yourself, be patient in between orders, as the waiters are serving multiple people a ton of food orders at once. If you cant handle waiting in-between orders, you should probably just order normally. Servers deserve a good tip as well, and if you are ordering a ton like me, definitely tip more than 20%. I love Maki Maki and its all-you-can-eat deal.

Also the green tea ice cream is the best i’ve ever had. I wish I was at Maki Maki right now.
