This is easily one of my favorite places for Japanese food! Everything is so fresh, delicious, and made with care. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are incredibly sweet and attentive. It’s super easy to get to, and there’s lots of parking too.
Highly recommend!! 😊

Front of the house was great. Food was really good, but the waitress kept rushing us. Older Chinese guy at the end of the bar. We love going to this place, but this guy made the experience bad. We went for all you can eat. We were eating our hot meal and he asked if were going to have dessert and we said yes, but told him after we have our hot meal. The hot meal came out and a minute after he came with the dessert. While eating the dessert he came with the check without me asking him. We were there for less than an hour but this ruined the experience. Food and front of the house were great.

The attendant was very rude, we will never go back...
This is the BEST AYCE sushi around Boston. And I’ve tried every places.
The place is quite spacious with sittings available at the booths or the bar. The atmosphere is a fusion of American and Asian vibe so pretty interesting.
The food quality is top notch and as good as a good restaurant level despite being an AYCE. The fried calamari is salty, crunchy and chewy. The short ribs are so good I had to get it every round. The salmon tartar was unique and flavorful. The Takoyaki is perfectly round with big chunks of octopus, making it satisfying to chew. Something rare beef with sour sauce is also really good. The teriyaki calamari is a wholly presented squid which was impressive. The pad thai is not mind blowing but a very nice addition. The sushi is also so so good. Each option is distinguishable. I also appreciate them for including the description for each option. The mango avocado is so good because they use ripe, sweet mango which pairs so well with the ripe avocado and sweet mango sauce. It is a must order. Other special rolls are also good that I had to order different types every round. Both the kitchen food options and the sushi options are outstanding.
The service is a little interesting. The first few times I was there they were not very attentive. I had to ask for water refills and to order more. But when they knew me as a frequent they became very attentive. I always tip them 25% despite being a broke college student but I think they deserve at least 30%.

This is our favorite sushi place in Massachusetts. We moved to Auburn in 2017 and we still come here routinely. Nothing compares to the value and quality. I don't know why it's so cheap but it's aggressively under priced for the level of food you get at an all you can eat buffet.

My son and I decided to stop in for lunch. The sushi was beautiful and absolutely delicious. We had terrific, extremely prompt and friendly service. My son and I were both extremely pleased to enjoy a wonderful lunch there. I have recommended this restaurant to others and will continue to do so.

The sushi and food are excellent, but the staff can be a bit rude and seem unappreciative of customers.

The food was good, but the all you can eat service was a major letdown. I had to repeatedly follow up on my order, and several items never arrived. Eventually, I gave up, paid, and left, feeling like it wasn’t worth the money. For what I paid, a la carte would have likely been a better value. Disappointing experience overall.

The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. As someone new to Japanese all-you-can-eat, I initially expected a buffet-style setup, but it was full table service. The food arrived so quickly, it felt like magic. The staff went above and beyond to serve our family of six, including a toddler, making the experience even more impressive. I can’t emphasize enough how fantastic the service was!
Dietary restrictions: Identified a seafood allergy, food arrived segregated and well identified.

Maki Maki is a great Japanese restaurant, with an excellent all you can eat deal during lunch or dinner. They do have a variety of vegetarian options and the mango avocado roll is delicious! I wish the edamame was flavored/seasoned somewhat. The all you can eat offer is a better deal if you don't have any dietary restrictions or preferences. The fried Oreos are really good too!
