We were fortunate enough to be staying at the hotel here and my son had never had lobster before, so we ordered the Surf N Turf. He absolutely enjoyed and devoured his entire meal, and loved the lobster.
We also ordered the house salad and a cocktail, which was also delicious.
Thank you. Highly recommend for anyone coming to the Boston or Woburn area for a classy experience and delicious dinner.

Service and atmosphere were great, but the food was really disappointing. The paella was soggy and tasted more like risotto, the street corn barely had any flavor and had an odd texture, and the rest of the dishes were just mediocre. For the price, there are much better tapas options in Boston. Unfortunately, it was not worth it.

Beautiful restaurant and reasonably priced. Original cocktails and food served quickly! Our server seemed to be new and she did a great job.
Great beer sangria and tapas. Mussels were excellent

Great food. Great waiter. Really like the atmosphere especially the ceiling! Hopefully we will return.
Me and my wife and son went to this restaurant and the service was 100% great. Food was hit or miss. We ordered the Paella and it was ok. We've had way better Paella for cheaper. It was enough for 2 people but a little overpriced. Sangria was $14 a glass, which is pretty steep. Maybe it's the location. We also got empanadas from the Tapas menu and they were small for $16. Compared to the huge cheeseburger with fries for $12, it didn't add up. Tapas should be cheaper. Other than that, the place was nice. Service was great, but prices need some work.

I’ve been to countless hotel breakfast buffets, but this one stands head and shoulders above the rest largely because of Lesley, the server who turned a good meal into a memorable morning.
From the moment I walked in, Lesley greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and a cheerful “Good morning!” that instantly lifted my mood. She didn’t just point me to a table; she guided me through the buffet also (the made-to-order omelets were fluffy perfection) and steering me toward the freshest fruit and pastries. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive she was very attentive food is 5 stars aswell as the service

Matadors was a welcome surprise. Great menu, lots of vegetarian-friendly options, and overall easy access once you figure out where the restaurant is located, in the Hilton lobby.

$125 for 2 people. mediocre experience, when you first step it you except the fine dining atmosphere to set you up for a delicious culinary experience , 20 minutes later someone finally comes and you can order drinks. I get something labeled NA on the menu, to later realize it has alcohol. i’m 37 weeks pregnant. i ordered the paella, my partner got a chicken dish, both just beyond bland and portions and taste do not justify the price. Service was soooo slow and my expectations were much higher for how expensive it is

Easy to make a whole meal out of the tapas selections. Happy to see some of the same selections that I have had in Spain. Definitely recommend if you are in the mood for Spanish inspired tapas.

We had all tapas for our meal. The Burrata was delicious. Scallops were a little small, but well flavored and cooked. Beef Brochette had great flavor. Street corn had good flavor, but not the best quality of corn. I am a little spoiled with great local corn available. In all a nice experience.
We had a recent reservation for the outside patio. While the fireplace was working, the table-side heater at our table was not, which made our experience less comfortable. Our initial waiter disappeared inside, and after a long, unattended wait, we had to go in to request a table change. The hostess, Jane, was wonderful and handled our table for the rest of the evening. She was the one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating evening, and we felt like leftover customers after the initial service failure.
I cannot tell you how happy I was to dine in at Matadora. From the ambience to the service to the delicious tapas, I would recommend it to one and all. Every single dish had flavor and for me to give it a 10 out of 10, it has to be excellent. Do yourself a favor and plan yourself a great night out at Matadora.
