Very nice experience very expensive for the amount of food that you get. Also, the wait staff that we had were just so so and when you're spending that kind of money wait staff is everything in our opinion. Not a huge menu so when you sit down, it's nice if the Waite staff tells you it's not available on the menu instead of waiting before they come back 15 minutes later when you've had your heart set on something just to find out that two of the things that you have your heart set on not available
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Matadora. The tapas were delicious especially the lamb chops, chicken skewers, short rib and polenta cake. Additionally, the service was swift and attentive. I look forward to returning in the future!
Excellent experience. Service was great, food was great and nice presentation of our meals and perfectly timeed for a great experience
Matadora delivers where it matters most: the food. Unfortunately, it struggles with when it matters most: time. We arrived on a Saturday evening to a nearly empty dining room and gave ourselves a generous 90 minutes. Even with few guests, both food and drink service moved slowly from the start. As the evening went on, the bar area filled up and the delays became more pronounced. The reason became clear. Only three people were working in the kitchen on a Saturday night, a choice that ultimately shaped the entire experience. That said, the food is genuinely excellent. We started with shishito peppers, Mexican corn, and Mediterranean spicy olives. The wait tested our patience, but the payoff was real. Everything was flavorful and well executed. The honey drizzle on the olives, which initially sounded questionable, worked beautifully, balancing sweet and briny in a way that made them hard to stop eating. For mains, Matadora showed its strengths. The blackened swordfish was bold, well cooked, and satisfying. The seafood paella was rich, layered, and deeply flavorful, clearly prepared by a kitchen that knows what it is doing. Zero proof cocktails were also thoughtfully crafted and stood out as more than an afterthought. Unfortunately, timing won. With service continuing to lag, we skipped dessert to make our next commitment and barely made it out on time. Matadora is easy to recommend for its food and drinks. The flavors are dialed in and the menu works. But the service pace needs attention. Staff the kitchen properly and this becomes a standout. Until then, go when you have nowhere else to be.
Our server was polite, witty, and had a good sense of humor with our group. She was very knowledgeable of the menu items and beverages and provided helpful insight on pairing based on our chosen dishes. The dishes were all well executed concepts, but aired on the side of safety rather than taking a risk or being more creative. Overall, it was a very good meal and I would visit again.
We were fortunate enough to be staying at the hotel here and my son had never had lobster before, so we ordered the Surf N Turf. He absolutely enjoyed and devoured his entire meal, and loved the lobster.
We also ordered the house salad and a cocktail, which was also delicious.
Thank you. Highly recommend for anyone coming to the Boston or Woburn area for a classy experience and delicious dinner.

Service and atmosphere were great, but the food was really disappointing. The paella was soggy and tasted more like risotto, the street corn barely had any flavor and had an odd texture, and the rest of the dishes were just mediocre. For the price, there are much better tapas options in Boston. Unfortunately, it was not worth it.

Beautiful restaurant and reasonably priced. Original cocktails and food served quickly! Our server seemed to be new and she did a great job.
Great beer sangria and tapas. Mussels were excellent

Me and my wife and son went to this restaurant and the service was 100% great. Food was hit or miss. We ordered the Paella and it was ok. We've had way better Paella for cheaper. It was enough for 2 people but a little overpriced. Sangria was $14 a glass, which is pretty steep. Maybe it's the location. We also got empanadas from the Tapas menu and they were small for $16. Compared to the huge cheeseburger with fries for $12, it didn't add up. Tapas should be cheaper. Other than that, the place was nice. Service was great, but prices need some work.

I’ve been to countless hotel breakfast buffets, but this one stands head and shoulders above the rest largely because of Lesley, the server who turned a good meal into a memorable morning.
From the moment I walked in, Lesley greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and a cheerful “Good morning!” that instantly lifted my mood. She didn’t just point me to a table; she guided me through the buffet also (the made-to-order omelets were fluffy perfection) and steering me toward the freshest fruit and pastries. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive she was very attentive food is 5 stars aswell as the service

Matadors was a welcome surprise. Great menu, lots of vegetarian-friendly options, and overall easy access once you figure out where the restaurant is located, in the Hilton lobby.
