I came to pick up the order, they didn’t put the sauce in the bag, and the soda mug, I have to remind people to give what should already be in my bag, and when I started looking at home, I didn’t find the sauces that were in the order

The manger was so rude I honestly hope she was lying that she’s the manager. There was confusion about my order and she gave me someone else’s honestly not important cause I just wanted a freaking chocolate milk for my little cousin. She would give one word responses. Or just not even respond to me. And then she just walked away… the other employee that was standing right there helped me after she walked away which only took him 5 seconds. If you’re a manger then you need better communication skills cause the problem could’ve been fixed in 5 seconds if you just listened. The other guy should be the manager.

This Service here sucks...The people don't understand what you order and then they spend too much time fixing it!! The food is cold by the time they fix it and don't even offer to redo that. POOR SERVICE! I will NOT be going here again!!

Very rarely do I visit a McDonald’s where the people are just uninterested in really proving good customer service. This might be the first one. It’s like everyone is hungover or something. No one wants to be there it seems and no one steps up to be the greeter.

Don’t know his name but the white male worker who has a beard and wears glasses and is always working the drive thru on Friday afternoons is probably the most professional and nicest mcdonalds employee I’ve ever interacted with ever. Very impressed with his customer service.

He deserves a raise and a promotion.

Almost midnight after work I got a Big Mac combo. Coke bubbly crispy, fries just came out of fryer and Big Mac super fresh and delicious. The staff always so in a nice mood. The Spanish ladies specially always so nice and fast and make the food with care. Thank You ? this location is where I choose to go even though I live near another one.

Jesus Christ what a dumpster fire. The place is obviously understaffed and the employees are clearly overworked. I don't expect much from McDonalds, but the state of things here is pretty sad. Maybe I caught them on a bad day.
