I order a quarter pounder with cheese. When I got home it had to much ketchup on it. It dropped on my shirt and all over my fingers.

I went there yesterday and I had filled out one of the surveys from the receipt and you're supposed to get buy one get one free. They told me they would not take my coupon the next time if it wasn't from their store only. This is the first time I ever encountered this at a McDonald's and I reached out to another McDonald's manager and they said that they're supposed to take the coupons at all locations. It left me with a bad feeling that I don't want to go back to this store

Noone understands my order, I never get what I ask for. There hasn't been a time I can't remember that I HAD to go back in and have my order fixed all ova again. ...What's the point of a drive thru when it is useless. I will never go to this one again...SORRY.
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Worker that gave me my food was incredibly rude and gave me heavy attitude. I politely asked her if she could add the Mnms (that they forgot) to my previously ordered Oreo with Mnm McFlurry. Fries were good but besides that would not recommend.

The store is clean and the service was friendly. I asked them to customize my big breakfast and they got everything correct. That doesn't happen at other places all the time. I ate in, so they delivered my breakfast to my table.

I only go here to grab a soda and even that's gone prices keep climbing up. 29% from $1 to $1.29 plus tax. Still cheaper and better than 7-Eleven.
In terms of a meal, why would I spend all that money at McDonald's when I can go across the street to the 99 and have a sit-down meal at a casual dining restaurant for only a couple dollars more? If I'm in a hurry, I can do takeout from the 99 by ordering ahead and just driving up and waiting for them to come out with the order.
Mcdonald's is not a bargain. Prices have gone up. Portions have gotten smaller.
