I left this place with a big bill and very unsatisfied.
The food was not very good but that was not the biggest problem.
I had to ask for my silverware, napkins, later water, later sour cream, etc. Things that were basic were not provided to us and we needed to ask. After the first few asks, we could tell the waitress was annoyed at us and asked whatelse the table wanted, like she was done with us and with her back and forth.
We were a big party and we're told we could not pay the bill separately. The bill arrived, it was x amount. We all figured out on our own the payments and all. Ok, we paid and we're about to leave and she comes back saying it was missing an extra $145 from the bill to be paid, which was NOT included in the original bill somehow. This became a nightmare and we spent maybe an hour trying to figure it out and understand what happened. At this point, the waitress disappeared. We confirmed the entire bill on our own, there was an item that we canceled and they were still charging us for it. We were all very upset, asked to call the manager and the manager was never called. The bill also had a 18% tip that was automatically added, which at the end made me super frustrated since we got no help and no good service. We paid it all and left the place with the waitress saying it was our fault all this mess because we wanted to split the bill.
Poor service, very expensive meal for what you get and very aggravating experience.

Boo Dee was always fantastic whether on take out or serving. Would bring the fam in cuz she was always so friendly and entertaining. She is such a valuable asset to OTB and she will be greatly missed.

Guacamole is very fresh. Best restaurant salsa I ever had, chips are huge and great. $5 house margarita during Appy-hour, excellent quality. Great staff and service

I went here around 12:30. And it was petty empty, and I don't understand why? I went with 14 other people and I have to say the service was wonderful and the food was fantastic.

This place has really gone downhill. Went at around noon on a Saturday. Not even busy considering it was near the old Woburn mall. That should have been a red flag. Tortilla chips were so salty they were inedible. Ordered a burrito plate. Beans had a funny taste to them. Burrito wasn't that great either. Waiter spent more time hanging out at the bar. Wasn't busy, and he couldn't be bothered to check up on us. Ignored the whole party when we asked for the check. Hostess was rude.

The food was ok, the flavor profile was missing on the refried beans, and the empanadas were overcooked. The waiter was quick to return them, but they came out a little over cooked again. Drinks were on point, but it could have just been an off night.

Just had lunch on a Thursday afternoon and the service and food were excellent!! Kerri our server was quick, super efficient & welcoming. She refreshed drinks & chips happily when asked. Had dinner items at lunch time and everything was fresh and delicious - Birra tacos and big papi. Didn't take pictures bc we were starving!!
