Had an amazing time with family, they made you feel welcomed, wanted and taken care of. The staff was beyond amazing. 100/10 I Would recommend trying at least once.Kid-friendliness: Had a full kid friendly menu with crayons and activities on paper, sat with my son and got him excited for his food and tailored it to his wants.

Service was slow. It took a long time for the food. The music was so loud, we had to be loud so we could hear each other. It didn't seem clean either. Definitely not planning on going back there soon if at all.

We were waiting for almost 5minutes near the reception to be seated but even after calling them out several times nobody bothered to come and check us in. Highly unprofessional behavior.

First time coming to on the boarder. Overall very nice experience. The server,Christina, was very nice and accommodating. My husband had the brisket tacos, which were amazing. I had the lunch combo, beef enchilada and the pork enchilada. The server messed up my order but was immediately fixed after I told her. Definitely will be coming back!

Sopapillas were good, steak border bowl was decent, tortilla soup was a little bland. We enjoyed the atmosphere (music, sports, decor, etc) until we saw a mouse crawling around the dining area as we were leaving. If we had seen that when we arrived, we would not have chosen to eat here.

We are regulars. Service has been less than ok... almost everything we ordered came out wrong- wrong beer wrong flavored kids drink, forgotten drink, onions in the food etc. Also make sure you ask for water BEFORE YOU EAT THE CHIPS AND SALSA!!! THEY REALLY SHOULD BRING WATER OUT WITH IT! We bring our own water bc of this.

absolutely terrible experience. we have gone to several other locations of On the Border and enjoyed it, but when we walked into the restaurant tonight we stood there for 10 minutes until someone finally came up to us.she was very unfriendly and mumbled something about how they are behind we can wait for her to clean a table or serve ourselves at a self serve table, and then walked away? we didn’t understand what she said so we thought she said to choose any place to sit that is clean, so we did that, and then she got shook her head, clearly annoyed, and rudely told us to wait for her. then she finally brought us to a booth and told us someone would be with us shortly. we waited 15 minutes and no one came to take our order, let alone greet us or give us the chips and salsa that all other locations give. so we had no choice but to get up and leave. there were so many dirty tables and the bathrooms were disgusting, so we were worried the food would be unhygienic. it is safe to say that i am never coming back to any On the Border restaurant ever again!

Great food, but pervasively understaffed. Excessive waits for sitting, refills, orders, bills, etc. I originally thought it was a singular issue, but after multiple visits over many years post COVID, this problem is systemic and therefore by intent of management (strategy or negligence).Dining room is only quarter full but long waits to sit, etc. --does not add up. Staff never fails to apologize for being short staffed, but then makes little effort beyond that for correction of problem. Beware, they also add 18% gratuity if party is 8 or more, even if it is only your family and the service is slow. (I usually tip higher than this for good service and for cases where staff is strained by management, but having it forced on a bill for a family and not stated out loud precludes any extra from me.).I'll try again in 6 months and see if resolved, but I'm about done with this location
