Panera is terrible. Skimpy portions, over priced, forgotten order items.

food was good but they were torturing someone in the back and the screams made me lose my desire to eat.

I swore I would never go back to this location (Woburn) but after 2 years or so I decided to try them again. Big mistake. Nothing has changed. Almost $13 for a sandwich (Frontega chicken) and there must have been an ounce or two of chicken. It was basically a bread sandwich. Hardly any basil. Not toasted. Just awful in my experience. It is a Sunday in early July and the place was pretty empty. Lesson learned, again.

I had a delicious caprese sandwich there today, but more importantly, a staff member who seemed to be manager was outstanding. A young boy fell off his chair and this gentleman rushed to help the boy and his Dad, provided them with ice and a cookie. He later checked on them to make sure that the boy was OK. He was helpful and friendly and really hustled.

Disappointing Oversights and a Serious Safety Concern!!

While I was initially drawn in by the promise of a thoughtfully crafted sandwich, my experience was deeply underwhelming. The absence of basil—a key ingredient that adds both freshness and balance—was the first disappointment. However, what followed was far more alarming: I discovered a piece of plastic embedded in the sandwich.

At first, I hoped it might be an overlooked bone, but the unmistakable texture confirmed otherwise. The thought of unknowingly biting into plastic is not only unpleasant but raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I’ve included photos to underscore the severity of the issue.

Such lapses, both in execution and basic safety, are unacceptable. I hope this serves as a prompt for the establishment to take immediate corrective measures.

I love how they check off everything on my receipt only for more than half of my items to be missing. Thanks! I love wasting $20!!!!!

Ordered a mediterranean sandwich and instead I got a mediterranean salad. When I tried to explain the error they looked at me like I had horns growing out of my head. Not one person offered to correct it. We had a 1/2 soup & 1/2 sandwich, my incorrect salad and 2 sodt drinks. For $40 you should get what you ordered.

I got a $9 bowl of soup, I think they gave me a cup. If not, I would hate to see what the size of the cup is…..

I've been going to Panera Bread for decades. The portions get smaller, the price continues to go up. So three stars on value and four/five stars on quality of food. Thankfully, the quality of the food is still very good.

Every time I come to this location they can never figure out my coupons. I have the sip club at every other location except for this one apparently. Everything works fine when I go to Burlington,Medford, or Waltham but I guess this location doesn’t allow it.
