Short of licking the plate clean. It was amazing. You must try the mango Curry. Also ordered the rare steak pho. Super friendly owner and a very clean and unique restaurants. Really like to atmosphere and the decor. Highly recommended. Good Vietnamese food and Good Thai good. Definitely coming back

Great food. The place is a hole in the wall, although they have done some minor remodeling to make it a little more inviting. Outside looks bland and not impressive but food is good. Only street parking, which is limited when they are busy. Limited seating area.

Pho 1 has changed a lot and I’ve been going there for years. Last night I ordered the beef soup for take out and when I got home and opened it the meat was like shredded and not the same consistency that had been in the past. These are hard times for all of us and giving customers scraps is no acceptable. I will go again later in the year and see if they have improved.

Foods were good 4 years ago , but now The price go up , the chefs in the kitchen don't cook good anymore , Summer rolls they don't wrap them tight so they break easily , crispy chicken wings are very salty , sauces for pad see ew , stired fry yellow noodles are very salty and very sweet . Sometimes they cook very salty , another time they cook with tons of sugar , meatballs are not fresh , the owner might didn't check the sauces , seasoning , foods to taste how the chefs cook , servers have an attitude when customer order to take out on the phone . If they wanted to get tips from Togo order , they better work on service and be polite to customer , don't give an attitude and expect tips on to go order

The shrimp toast is nice and crunchy, full of flavor. Beef pho is so so good. This is a top tier pho restaurant, kind of hole in the wall vibes but thats ok cause it tastes so good. Don't sleep on this place!

Pho and vermicelli noodles were very good and at affordable price. The place is small and can get very busy/crowded. Street parking only.
Came here to try the "Hu Tieu Nam Vang" but was disappointed. The soup served was not Hu Tieu Nam Vang but is a basic seafood soup. It's still good but it should be removed from the menu.

The food here is delicious, no doubt about that. The service from one particular person is HORRIBLE, thats why im giving one star. I have come to this place dozens of times and everytime i have this server it is a bad experience. Today i made an online to go order. I came in went to the counter and told the server at the counter “hi, im picking up for ..” the person then ignored me, walked away, and went to attend someone else. I stayed waiting at the counter and then a man attended me and said itll be 15 min. No problem, i left and waited in my car. I came back in and saw that the first server was at the counter (the one who ignored me) so i stayed waiting by the door for the man who helped me. The server who ignored me came up to me and asked if i needed help, i told them i was picking up and gave the name. That server then came back with my order, wouldn’t give me my food, instead asked me for the last name. No problem. Then while handing me my food, proceeded to tell me “next time go up to the counter.” I got so mad that they had the audacity to tell me that after they ignored me when I did! So I told them “oh, I did and you ignored me, just like how you’re doing right now” because while I was telling them that, they turned around and walked away. The restaurant was FULL and I know everyone heard and saw how they treated me.

Tiny, little local place, in an old building, but the food is AMAZING! You can eat in, but there's limited seating, so takeout is a good choice. Everything tastes freshly made and delicious!
