Been going here for 2 years once a week for work lunch. Today my bowl was 75% rice with very little meat or guacamole. They also removed their $2 chip and queso loyalty rewards. Seams like corporate sent out the message to start cutting costs. Honestly, worst bowl from any resturant I've ever had. Just plain brown rice in a bowl.

The food is fine but the customer service is awful. I’ve been there like 10 times and I’ve been extremely polite. And every single time I’ve been there, the people making my burrito roll their eyes at me and make faces at one another like I’m doing something wrong and give me attitude. I get a lot of toppings on my burrito and they make it seem like they have to do so much work to make it. There job is so easy all they do is make burritos and they still find a way to complain. I would go there more often but they are always so rude for literally no reason. This is the first review I’ve ever had to make.

We visited this yesterday evening for a quick dinner. We are vegetarians and got 2 veggies bowls. My wife found something in her bowl. I checked with the ladies who prepared the bowl for us and they told us that it was a piece of chicken bone! Thankfully she didn’t bite on it and get hurt! Nobody seemed to care that we got a piece of bone in our VEGGIE bowl. It was so disgusting. The don’t care attitude and laughing on this fact only added to the frustration. Also, we were really rushed when getting the bowl and the service was not good. We have no clue how the bone landed in the veggie bowl. Dont know what else can be in there. All vegetarians going here please be aware and alert. I dont know if eating bone is a normal thing but if this is not, everyone please be alert!
UPDATE : The admins took this review in consideration which we really appreciate. (Hence updated the rating) They had also provided an email where we could reach out and further discuss this. They concluded our discussion by sending us 2 coupons for QDOBA. We hope to enjoy the food again in future without any stress! Thank you!

If you order delivery from Qdoba, order thru doordash and not Qdoba directly. At least when they mess up your order you can dispute it with doordash. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue with delivery, they deliver the wrong food and more recently delivered two orders of queso and NO chips. Restaurant would only credit one order of queso/chips minus a $1 (?) or I could go there and pick up a "free meal" ticket. The whole point of delivery is so I don't have to go out. We'll see if the credit appears in my account. There was absolutely no apology other than he will "look into it".

Terrible Portions, it used to he good when they first opened. Great alternative to Chipotle. However, i haven’t been there for a while. Tried grabbing a bowl it was literally half full. Super small portions and terrible service from the lady that was taking my order she kept rushing me to pick while jumping ahead and closed the bowl before i even completed my order. I will never go back there
This is my favorite place to eat. The food here is always fresh and they keep the place clean can’t beat it. I come here about every other week I’m a regular here. The employees are all super friendly. 10 out of 10 every time. The queso here is my favorite specially the spicy one ?

Wheelchair accessibility: My mom uses a walker. There were many handicapped spaces out front, and the bathroom was accessible, too.
Why do you not have no cilantro options? I love Mexican food but over the last 15 years or so all of it has cilantro and about 20% of people have the same allery to it that I do. It would be nice if you had more options that don't use this spice.
