Today was my first time placing an order and eating food from this company. I ordered power grains as my base thinking it was power greens or super greens. I was expecting to get Kale and spinach but instead I received quinoa and some other grain. Anywho I complained but then realized it was completely my mistake and the supervisor offered to remake the entire thing for me. I owned up to mistake and told him that since it was my error I don’t want to waste the companies money and if he can just give me some Kale and spinach on the side I would be very happy. He obliged and through in an additional salad dressing.
The salad was delicious I will definitely go there again great staff and great food. These people deserve more customers. 5 star food and 5 star service. Stop wasting your money on the drive thru fast food chains they are detrimental to your health. Try a salad every once in awhile!!

The staff is awesome! The salad? Expensive and like airplane food. And it cost $23.85. I am not picky but my family got a really rough group of salads and the very high price bums me out. Peace and love!

It’s soup works on DoorDash. Ordered broccoli cheddar soup, tomato soup & the queso dippers for delivery. The broccoli soup was the consistency of water with one pathetic broccoli stem in it. And it tasted disgusting, couldn’t eat it. The tomato soup was cold & was just ok. The dippers were sad looking and paper thin. The whole order was like a joke. Very disappointing. Off to have cereal for dinner now I guess 😐

Today was my first time at SaladWorks—and after what happened, it will absolutely be my last.
I had a doctor’s appointment scheduled for today so figured why not get a salad. When I took the lid off my salad, I was horrified to see an earwig bug crawling over the greens. I was in complete shock. I lost my appetite instantly and sat there staring at it for around 30 minutes, trying to process what I had just seen. The image is now burned into my memory, and honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to unsee it.
This wasn’t just unappetizing—it was traumatizing. I’m writing this review as a warning to others: if you care about cleanliness, food safety, or just not being grossed out beyond belief, avoid this place. I wish I had read a review like this before going.
Thankfully I had not tried a single bite or I would for sure be pressing charges.

Do not go here!! Lettuce was brown, there was no working water in the bathroom to wash your hands and the chicken was cold. I don’t know how they’re still in business.
