I have multiple allergies, dairy and gluten. The sous chef came out to my table, sat with me, and helped craft me a meal that would accommodate my allergies. He was so helpful, informative, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I had the wings and chopped salad with baked shrimp on the side. Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection!
Long wait time for pizza (1hr) Carbonara pasta was meh Waitress was nice but stretched too thin Extremely loud Second time there and first time was much better
We arrived for our 6:30 reservation at 6:20 and waited an additional 45 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated we were told that the pizza kitchen was backed up and it was taking an hour for pizza to be served after ordering . We decided to wait and order 2 pizzas . After and hour plus one pizza arrived . We waited an additional 45 minutes and decided to cancel the order after being told that it was on It's way many times. I asked to have the 2nd pizza taken off the bill and miraculously it appeared. The pizza is delicious. Our server was great very apologetic. The issue is that Sally needs to decide if they are going to focus on being a full service pizza restaurant or a take out Pizza shop. They were clearly failing at both last night. I would suggest that when they have an hour back up in the pizza kitchen they put a temp hold on take out and don't take new take out orders until they are caught up for both call in and online. As far as advanced online orders they should limit those as well. Also they had a DJ who was playing the music way to loud you couldn't even carry on a conversation. Needless to say to say pizza is delicious but not worth the 3 hours. I paid $127.00 for a salad 3 drinks and 2 small pizzas.
Food is excellent, but the wait for pizza is too long. Please try to figure something out, perhaps with the ovens or spacing needed to accommodate more pizzas and patrons either eating in or take out. Could be a little less noisy too.
Good food that took forever to arrive. Kitchen priotized take out orders at the expense of the dining room. Took over one hour to get a pizza. This is unacceptable. Was not informed of the delay until I was already sitting there for 45 minutes.
For a restaurant that specializes in pizza, perhaps they could invest in a 2nd oven so that the wait for pizza isn't 45 minutes. When seated at a table, the pizza is brought over to the table on an oversized baking sheet that is placed on a tableside tray. This leaves a small space for people to walk past your table, so they walk right next to your food. People with long hair (waitstaff included), kids, and practically touching your food. That grossed us out. Overall, the pizza was not that special. Waiter was excellent. Bathroom was dark and not super clean.
Despite a 6:30pm reservation we weren't seated until 7:08pm. It was uncomfortably hot in the restaurant, no fans blowing, AC seemed to not be working on an 80 degree day. Pizza was good enough. Service was so poor, unfortunately. Dirty plates and empty drinks left piled up on the table when new drinks were being ordered and even delivered. Our table looked disgusting yet our waitress kept ignoring it. We sat for an extra 30 mins with no drinks and empty pizza trays with no sign of our server. At this point, the restaurant had died down and there was no excuse for lack of attentiveness in service. We all left frustrated, hot, and thirsty. By the time she came back we just asked for the check as we felt we'd never see her again if we wanted another round of drinks, so we went elsewhere. Bummer for 4 first timers to waste so much of our night waiting around.
The pizza was tasty except where it was over-cooked. It did not have to be so fired. We waited for things like glasses because it was very busy. I think they were understaffed.
Delicious pizza in a great atmosphere. There was a DJ playing good music, wine flowing and crispy pizza that you usually can't get around here. 10 out of 10 would recommend
The pizza is absolutely awesome! The service is absolutely awful!!

One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time!
Lovely place atmosphere was wonderful. The service were great.
Best pizza
I’ve given Sally’s a few chances, but I have to say—it’s incredibly overrated. There are so many better pizza spots with far superior quality and service. I’ve tried several of their food items, including various pizzas, and the quality has consistently been disappointing.
Most recently, I placed an order for a pizza and a salad, and to my absolute disgust, I found bugs in the food—as shown in the attached photos. This is completely unacceptable, unsanitary, and beyond gross.
This experience has confirmed that I will not be supporting this establishment again.
Overpriced and service is sub par. They have the attitude that we are lucky to be there. Manager could care less if your pizza takes an hour or your drink is a small pour. 4 people, $220. Totally not worth it. Once the hype dies down, I doubt they will be around.
