I ordered burger and fries and drink via Uber Eats and the package came unsealed. Open box of fries and burger and drink inside a bag. I expect my food to be secured before delivery in a sealed bag to prevent potential tampering

food and especially service is always outstanding. but the app is horrible. if you select gluten free bun there is no way to specify that it’s an allergy, so kitchen doesn’t know to keep it separate. woburn location is 10/10 but shake shake the org needs to fix this

Jaime provided the best Customer service, he went Above and beyond with service...getting us what we needed, I never experienced that here nor at any other food place. He was kind, respectful, smiling. He took the 1-2 mins to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. He deserves a raise because a worker like him is a dime a dozen. Thank you Jaime (hope I spelled your name right) you sincerely made a bad day better with your kindness and smile and your awesome friendly service!!!!

Tried to place an order online I was having some trouble I called their number and Tyler was super helpful and kind. Give this man a raise!!! He is LEGENDARY!
They changed the chicken and it's now garbage. It's not even close to the same flavor it used to be 5 star chicken now it tastes like frozen crap.

I loved the service from the employees. I am however disasisfied that I HAVE TO USE AN APP to get the discounted rate. I don't want an app, I want to talk to the human cashier in front of me. I understand you're trying to cut wages and save money for your shareholders, but there is a breaking point. Do better
