The majority of employees here do not want to work there.
They have a bad attitude and this cannot provide good service.
I asked for some hot water and was told that they could only give me a small cup of hot water.

Iāve recently moved into the area from out of state (across deserts, lakes, rivers, and mountains, you get my point), and was glad to see there was a location across the street from me. However, despite the multiple chances Iāve given this location because of the very short commute from me, is perhaps the worst Starbucks Iāve been to. They recently changed their matcha powder that is now unsweetened, so you can customize your sweetness. Easy, I just need to ask them to add a few pumps of classic in order to achieve the original matcha taste. I ordered the matcha asking for clarification that the matcha is no longer sweetened. She responded that the matcha had always been sweet and it has not been changed. That confused me, so I instead asked for one pump of classic just in case it hasnāt been changed. I received my drink and it tastes very plain knowing they did not put a lick of classic. Inconveniently I had to walk into the store to have it sweetened, (that was the whole point of me going through drive-thru, so I wouldnāt have to go into the store š¤¦š»āāļø). Plus, they cheap you out by filling your cup half way and the rest foam. Iāve given them a couple more chances on the matcha and it still comes made incorrectly.
On another occasion, I ordered a medicine ball which should have included both the Jade Citrus Mint Green Tea as well as the Peach Tranquility Herbal Tea. However, I received a medicine ball with only a Chamomile Mint Blossom. Granted, if she told me they were out of both teas I would have understood and ordered something else, but she didnāt. The baristas Iāve encountered at this location appears to not know how to make their drinks correctly, and despite the multiple times Iāve given this location a chance because of the short commute has pushed me to just make my worth while journey to another location.

Ordered three hot chocolates. Got three cups of hot milk.
Apparently don't know how to add chocolate into a hot chocolate, but I guess if you want hot milk this is the place to go

Here before 7 pm doors locked employees cleaning. Hours are until 8 pm on your website
Almost never has the drinks we want but it's the closest drive thru. And our dog Bowser loves go8ng for pup cups

I didnāt taste the cinnamon dolce syrup in my coffee, and I went back in and the girl behind the counter was so kind and so sweet and immediately stopped what she was doing and remade my coffee perfectly. It was the best customer service.

This store deemed me forever to come in because of a medical condition is severe narcolepsy at the one time I had a torn complete torn retina was totally blind my glasses were broken that I couldn't see I have Nero seizures where I completely don't know what I'm doing I was I was waiting for my coffee today they put it aside just to be an ass I feel that the store needs a new hole overall of a management and they're lucky I don't take a lawsuit on you people cuz I fully discriminated against me because of my medical condition and I am a homeless person

Whoever the 2 girls were working drive thru on 10/9/24 at 11:16am were absolutely disrespectful. I asked (since the app said to ask availability at store) if they still served the blended strawberry lemonade, to which she said āyesā and I proceeded to say the rest of my order. I get to the window and she hands me a strawberry lemonade refresher, I very nicely said āoh, I asked for a blended strawberry lemonadeā the girl rolled her eyes and said āI must of miss heard youā and I handed her back the drink. No biggie, stuff happens. Not mad at all about it and I just wait for the rest of my order. Iām the only one in line, no one is behind me so Iām not feeling terrible about holding a line up. Then someone else (I didnāt grab her name, she was wearing a blue plaid shirt) bursts out of the window, very condescendingly and extremely rude shoves the drink at me and says āJUST SO YOU KNOW THE NEXT TIME ORDER, THIS IS A BLENDED STRAWBERRY LEMONADE!ā To which I reply, āyeah thatās what I orderedā¦ā but she didn't even wait for my response because she rolled her eyes turned around and the window slammed shut.
Nice attitude. And letās just say I didnāt say my order right, is this how you treat customers? I hope they have a better day, it must be miserable to be them or have to work with them.

Starbucks is at a good location but unfortunately not well kept,first time I came across Starbucks which was not upto it's standards for ckeanliness,boxes lying near bathroom, bathroom stinking, over all poor experience, service was good wish they improve they cleanliness.

I went there @5:30pm this store closes at 8:00pm. I tried ordering the seasonal apple non dairy chai, they told me that Apple Chai has run out, fair enough. I ask for a Frappe and they tell me āWe donāt have Frappes right nowā I said ādid you guys run out or youāre just not making them?ā She says āweāre not making them at the momentā I say ā what time do you make them?ā And she says ā umm earlierā. So they donāt have a time they stop making them they decide when. I think itās because making a Frappe requires more and they donāt feel like doing that extra work. I donāt think thatās fair or that Starbucks would appreciate their employees doing this. I ended up getting nothing. Disappointed.
