We wanted 2 lattes with raw 10 sugars and 12 raw sugars and they handed us the sugar expecting us to make it ours selves and in a car. Lazy

Bad service. No simple syrup or anything out to put on drinks. Small menu. I expect a bit more when I paid $17 for 2 drinks.
I ordered a Matcha latte and it was disgusting. It’s like they didn’t even put any of the syrup in it. and it was also chunky like seriously I feel like they didn’t even know how to make it. The girls were also very rude. we only came here because the drive-through Starbucks was not open now I know to never come back here.
Most of the staff here are amazing my only issue is that they do need to train the girls properly on how to make certain drinks. As a customer who has never worked at a Starbucks, I should not be the one telling the barista how to make my drink and if they are new, they should be told if they do not know how to make a drink to ask for help asking for help would prove valuable
U guys have to get it together hours are all over the place as far as open and closed the drive thru hours magically close throughout the week and don't get me started on mobile orders. This has been going on for months now please figure it out!! Thanks

Online app says sold out but when you go in person and order in drive thru, they have it. Not the first time they’ve done this. Is this a form of laziness or a system error? Prevents you from ordering ahead which is what I’m assuming they want? Anyways why lie because you don’t wanna make it? It’s your job…
Online says open at 8 drove thru the drive through and ordered at 7. Paid almost 30$ for drinks that were awful. Lady came to window says they don’t have cols foam because they were closing at 7. Maybe need to fix the hours.

Just tried to order inside at 7:45 only to be told they are cleaning up. I also just watched them refuse 2 cars through the drive thru. If you close at 8 o’clock, you close at 8 o’clock and clean up afterwards if you close at 7:30 for cleanup, that’s fine that’s ridiculous. Not the first time we’ll be the last. Will never go there again.

Can’t expect much from a bunch of children….
Busy, tall, rude kid was busy because he didn’t know the recipes, which makes it harder. I left him the coffee after 10 minutes, because he wasn’t even close to starting and I just didn’t feel like dealing with it.
Danish and croissant were served cold, didn’t get asked if I wanted them warm either…
Asked for extra sriracha (it’s the only reason I come) gave me nothing… thanks
