This is the best Subway shop I have ever been too, I go at least a few times a month and it always delivers friendly service and really good subs. They are the best!
I have no idea how the food or atmosphere or the service is because it's 6:46 pm and the gentleman in the store has the doors locked and is putting things away when they're supposed to close at 7:00 pm.

I usually go to Stoneham or Burlington location but I decided to give this Woburn location a try for lunch. The customer service was terrible and the sandwich maker was quite skimpy with the ingredients. The sandwich also had this weird smell (I think slight remnants of some disinfectants used to clean). Will never be heading back to this location even though it is the nearest one. the other locations (Stoneham and Burlington) are much, much better - service-wise and ingredients-wise.

Went once and portions were kind of skimpy, but its Subway. Today, I tried to use a coupon and it was rejected. Poor customer service as well.
