I've been to Surf in Woburn a couple of times. I love the food! Today the bathrooms were clean but smelled like a moldy, swampy landfill. Totally off putting. Parking sucks.

Wow! What a great meal I just had at Surf in Woburn. My wife and I decided to do a 3 course meal. Our server was awesome with the execution.

We started with the lobster fries. If you haven't tried them you are missing out. The fries are a thick cut but not steak fries like. Perfectly crispy with a nice finish. The sauce with the lobster makes you not want to share.

The moment we pushed away the plates the clam chowder arrived. That was our second course. Absolutely delicious!

Shortly after finishing our Chowder. Our main course arrived. The Bake Seafood Trio. Shrimp, Scallops and Haddock. The scallops were cooked to perfection. I have had scallops all up and down the east coast. This was one of the best tasting scallops prepared just right.

Great seafood restaurant with a full bar. Drinks are well made and service is great. Large dining room makes it a good choice for groups.

The restaurant is located in a busy shopping plaza, you may need to park a short distance from the restaurant. The restaurant has a modern vibe and a reservation is highly recommended. Prices are reasonable.

This seafood restaurant does sushi very well. The tuna poke is a generously sized and the shrimp chips complements it well. The tuna is fresh and is loaded with flavors with the wasabi mayo and sweet tamari. The pressed spicy oshi tuna is amazing and really creative. This would be the dish I come back to. The shiso leaf adds a nice interesting flavor and it all goes well together.

Surf Woburn is the "New High Standard" in upscale seafood (IMO). Parking is scarce because of local demand when we visited. After parking though, all else is first quality. Today's oysters were as good as the best I have ever had. The sushi was excellent. Seaweed salad was fresh, fresh and tasty. Menu is so loaded with gems that I look forward to return. Now for the not perfect: black coffee was good enough but not hot enough for me. Prices are commensurate with the top quality they serve but we were not looking to save a bundle on seafood. We did find awesome food. If you're there and someone else is treating know this: they picked SURF to impress you.

Dietary restrictions: Plenty of GF choices

Parking: Server was superb. Both MENS and LADIES were cold but it was like 19°F outside. HVAC techs need to adjust. Both rooms clean though.

Very attractive restaurant with surprisingly bad food. Server was efficient but inhospitable. Ordered the warm lobster roll. Scraps of lobster meat, doused in butter. Lukewarm fries on the side. My guest had a burger which was described a having no flavor.
Very disappointing.

Nice restaurant, nice staff. Our waiter recommended the special, pan seared scallops, which is one of my favorite dishes. It was disappointing to see 3 scallops on a risotto base with a small side salad for $45. Service was great, just seems a little pricey.
