The warm lobster roll is seriously magical. I cannot even explain how insanely delicious this roll is.

I am always impressed by Surf. The food is always stellar, and same with the service. The staff is consistent, competent, and inconspicuous...they don't try to be the center, but are there when you need them. It's a place we are confident we can bring clients to regularly for special occasions, and that is a rarity. Thank you, Surf!

From the drinks and oysters, to an outstanding meal, we truly enjoyed our evening. In addition, our server was so nice, attentive, delightful and engaging, she just added to the great experience.

We were really hoping to find a good seafood restaurant nearby. We were really disappointed. The restaurant has a nice vibe to it. When we sat at the booth it felt like we were at the kid's table as the table was so high. Our waiter barely gave us the time of day...he seemed really rushed. Maybe he had too many tables? And the food was...ok. We ordered the miso marinated salmon and it, along with the jasmine rice cake, was too salty. Such a disappointment. Unfortunately, we won't be going back.

Made reservations for a birthday brunch with the family. Everyone except the youngest ordered from the brunch menu. Place was not busy at all. Said good morning to the host and received no response which made things off to start. Got to our table and the seats were still littered with food. My wife had to go ask someone to clean it up. Host came back with a towel and wiped the chairs / bench down. No apologies. Waitress was nice. We got our drinks and ordered. Lobster omelette was a mess with a bar of unmelted cream cheese with bits of lobster and veggies. It was basically opened face with ingredients slapped on top. Not really an omelette. For $26 a lobster roll would have been better. Even worse was the Belgian waffles which appeared to be undercooked and soggy. They pre-poured the syrup on the whole waffle which made it even soggier. Just about everyone was disappointed in the food except our youngest who loved the fries and chicken fingers from the kids menu. The fries were the best part since we all tried some. if you're considering brunch. This is not the place.

Went here on my bday solo after a long day of work. The fish was bland but still decent. Thank god for table salt. I know the wait staff is forced to ask if everything is all right but I wish they didn't bother if they ask with great reluctance and practiced routine. Makes me wish I went to home depot to shop for a stepstool and some rope instead.

The food and service were excellent. It was not crowded at the time whenever we arrived. We were able to sit and watch it snow outside,

Ordered two types of oysters after asking what types they had and our server needing to find out. We were brought the wrong kind. They did bring us back the right ones but it was awkward asking.
Ordered kettle one and sodas with orange slices and were brought limes. After the oyster situation we just kept quiet and drank them.
Then the miso salmon comes with a green sauce not listed in the description that we didn’t really like.
The bathroom was very messy.
I did love the lobster Kristina though.
It just felt like everything was a little off.

Please, for the love of God, ask your servers not to wear perfume while working. It’s extremely disruptive when you’re trying to eat and enjoy food, but all you can smell—and even taste—is perfume. They work with food, not in a shopping mall. Every waitress who came to our table was overwhelming, to the point that I almost felt sick. The same was true with the hostess. Other than that I love this place and the food.

This is probably my favorite place to go out to eat at. There isn't a better MaiTai anywhere. I've always like what I order. Service was excellent and friendly. The fried green tomato salad and Haddock with lobster mash was once again perfect.

Our server Stone was friendly and attentive. He checked back to make sure the drinks and meals were great. They were! My wife and I had the Red Dragon Sushi, Roasted Salmon, and Sesame Seared Tuna. Everything was delicious. Will definitely be going back.

Absolutely love the Brussels sprouts Caesar salad, and the crispy green beans are delicious!
