I ordered taco bell delivery and asked for a bunch of hot sauce packets to be put in the bag with my 5 tacos. There were 0 packets of hot sauce in the bag, the tacos were poorly made and spilling out of their wrappers, and they were ice cold even with priority delivery. Plus no straw for my drink šš»

I live in Woburn & this is BY FAR the worst taco bell in the nearby area. I have driven to both the Rt 1 Saugus & Rt 16 Everett locations to avoid this particular T.Bell/KFC. Before l can make the 5min drive from Woburn drive-thru to my house the crunchy Shell is soggy & stuck to the wrapper. Meager portioning of meat, cheese & lettuce. Venture into the bathroom & one can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Straight to the trash šļøš¤® This Taco Bell is in dire need of a health inspection. My husband and I both Door Dashād and ordered in person at this location about two months apart. Both times, the Mexican Pizzas we ordered had a chemical taste, like the oil used to fry the tortillas havenāt been changed out in a long time. Completely inedible and we had to throw them out. This is extremely concerning as it makes you wonder what other food safety protocols they arenāt keeping up with. All I know is we will never return to this Taco Bell. Ever. Again.

This was our first time and last at this location. To the owner(s) of this location you may want to stop in and inspect your store.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. My Mexican Pizza tasted like it was made with old oil, which gave it a terrible flavor. When I brought it to their attention, the staff insisted it was fresh without even letting me fully explain. I asked them to smell the food to understand how bad it was, but they were dismissive. The manager didnāt even bother to come out and address the issue.
In the end, they agreed to replace the Mexican Pizzas with 5-layer burritos, but it felt like they made them with frustrationāthey were smashed together, and the quality was just as bad. Overall, a terrible experience, and I wonāt be coming back to this location.

If I could rate 0 I would. I've only been to this taco bell a handful of times and every time they constantly mess up our order. I have a dairy allergy and every time we let them know in the drive through. Tonight is the final straw where we told the drive through we have a dairy allergy on 2 tacos and 2 burritos. We check the tacos in the pick up window and they were fine so we assume the burritos are fine as well. We get home 30 mins later first to find no reciept in the bag, they missed a crunchwrap, and half a bean burrito down my allergy starts to flares up and immediately start feeling nauseous. I check the other bean burrito and low and behold there's shredded cheese. Thankfully I don't need an epi-pen but DAIRY ALLERGIES BEWARE!!! If you can afford too go to a different tacobell and avoid this store like the plague. I'll be calling corporate in the morning to launch a formal complaint.

My whole experience was not it. From ordering (at the drive thru) to the window. apparently the speakers are broken & canāt hear you. I asked for 2 separate kind of tacos. Somehow they are all the same. Whoever took the order needs to be trained again or their ears checked or something. Iāll probably never come to the location again.

Lately the quality has been going down, either use very less quantities for ingredients or stale ones.
We decided to stop going this place in Woburn but we had a good experience in Danvers so we decided to give a try one more time.
To compensate for less quantity we added extras in our order, they charged for it which is fine as long as our order was prepared properly.
We decided to go with extra tomatoās and sour cream on our Chalupa, and extra tomatoās on Mexican pizza.
All 3 items were prepared with sprinkles of ingredients. When we draw employees attention they were ride and offered some tomatoās on side. Which was not acceptable.
After some argument they remade it but gave us a serious attitude. Which is unacceptable to a paying customer who is charged extra for ingredients.
Cinnamon twists were made with burnt oil. We requested them to taste it which they refused.
Not expected such a service and quality from a reputable franchise.
We have been a customer since 2005. Not any moreā¦..
The food was good all I asked for was some nacho cheese and got a whole different item
