I had ordered food from here for dinner, and I wanted to have tacos with beef and sour cream added, but when i arrived an the window and received my food, I asked them, “ And there is beef in here?” the lady at the window said yes, yet what I got didn’t have beef. This is a waste of money and I am quite upset. They didn’t answer my calls so I cannot do anything about it. Check your food before you leave.

They forgot to pack half of our order. We tried to contact Taco Bell and haven’t heard from anyone yet. Food was the most average, low effort meal I had in a long time.

I ordered and paid for extra meat extra cheese on my nachos and there was barely any meat or cheese and big glob of beans and sour cream. It was gross. I've tried this place 3 times and every time the food was not good on either side KFC/Taco Bell. I wouldn't recommend eating here at all
I ordered an onion burrito (burrito with only onions in it) and they exceeded all expectations. The burrito wrapper was well toasted and warm and it was packed with delicious onion bits. The staff took my order very seriously and gave it the full attention and effort as a standard order. This is the place for a fantastic onion burrito.

Truly the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I ordered in the drive through and the food came cold. They didn’t give me my drink, they gave me none of the sauces I asked for, and they barely filled my burritos. It was a complete waste of time and money.

I ordered taco bell delivery and asked for a bunch of hot sauce packets to be put in the bag with my 5 tacos. There were 0 packets of hot sauce in the bag, the tacos were poorly made and spilling out of their wrappers, and they were ice cold even with priority delivery. Plus no straw for my drink 👎🏻

I live in Woburn & this is BY FAR the worst taco bell in the nearby area. I have driven to both the Rt 1 Saugus & Rt 16 Everett locations to avoid this particular T.Bell/KFC. Before l can make the 5min drive from Woburn drive-thru to my house the crunchy Shell is soggy & stuck to the wrapper. Meager portioning of meat, cheese & lettuce. Venture into the bathroom & one can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.
