Three of our 4 dinners were not warm at all. The manager had to heat them up. At the price they were, this probably shouldn't happen. My meal was hot, since I had Italian.

This was our first time dining here and we were amazed at the authenticity of the food and the very generous portions. The cocktails were also spot-on. Wait staff were excellent and professional. They knew how to be there when needed but not be intrusive-a fine line so few know how to walk. We will return and recommend to friends!

Good selection of appetizer and entree choices. Ample parking in a convenient location, easy to access.

Service was excellent, the food order was prepared quickly, correctly and was fresh and delicious. The toasted raviolis were a stand out.

Well the food was just okay chicken was tough. We were rushed out I had to take my food home. Yes it was snowing but very little. They made us leave before closing this is the Woburn Ma restaurant I probably would not go back this is our second time dissatisfied

The food was okay and the service was mediocre. Server would come by ask what we would like then leave for 15-20mins.

One thing over the years and all locations I have been in is the serving of cold eggplant. I don't know why they cannot serve it hot. Lunch or dinner does not matter. Yesterday again. One of my guests ordered eggplant. should have warned him. But I didn't think of it. Yup, cold eggplant. Most everything is fine, I even liked the pizza there. But all four locations that I go to, cold eggplant?

Never greeted when walking in. The hostess walked us to a table. Zero interest in telling us the specials. Very few words from the staff. Food wasn't good. Bland tasting. Never returning to that location.

My wife and I were looking for a restaurant we hadn’t visited and decided to go to The Chateau in Woburn, MA. Without a doubt, it was one of the worst decisions we ever made.
Let’s begin with the parking lot. It had snowed 24 hours earlier and the lot had not been plowed or sanded and was extremely icy.
Secondly, we were greeted and seated by a young lady who appeared to be having a bad day as she escorted us to our table and walked away without saying a word.
Thirdly, while placing my order, the server asked me what I wanted for side dishes. I asked what was available and she opened the menu and said, “There are so many, I can’t remember them all.”
After we placed our orders of chicken parmigiana for my wife and steak tips with corn and mashed potatoes for me, we waited longer than people usually wait for their meals at other establishments which was frustrating because the restaurant was only half full. While we waited, the people sitting in the booth behind me, sent their food back to the kitchen because it was cold when they received it.
Our food finally arrived and, you guessed it, my corn and potatoes were cold. The steak tips were lukewarm. My wife’s chicken parmigiana had the appearance of what is served in middle school cafeterias (I was a substitute teacher in a middle school for six years. I’ve had my share of bad chicken parmigiana). It was cold also. The chicken not only looked like it was a frozen patty before being cooked, it tasted like it as well. The cheese tasted like it came wrapped in cellophane paper before being placed on the chicken and the spaghetti sauce looked and tasted like it came out of a jar. For obvious reasons, my wife decided not to eat her dinner.
The server took my wife’s plate back to the kitchen and the manager came out to ask what was wrong with our order. When my wife explained why she could not eat the food, the manager told her that the chicken had been breaded on the premises. That was, and still is, very hard to believe. The manger took my plate back to the kitchen to “replace” my corn and potatoes. They were warm when he brought the plate back but it didn’t improve the bland taste of either.
I paid for my meal which is vastly overpriced at $27.99 considering the poor quality.
As we left, five staff members were standing in an area near the door and not one person acknowledged us as we left which is okay because we have no plans to return.

Just got home from dinner at the bar. Wonderful all around. The young lady single handedly working the bar was outstanding. Attentive patient and cheerful. Food was outstanding. Had never been to this location. Will be back for sure. I had the Italian trio of chicken parm, manicotti and meatball with a cup of Italian Wedding Soup. My wife had the chicken eggplant parm combo. Everything was wonderful. Wish we had time for dessert.

Food was good, had the Vegetable Pizza with gluten free cauliflower crust, which I can highly recommend.

Dietary restrictions: Quite a few gluten free options available.

I downgraded my review to overall 4 star for one reason and one reason only. I love this location, the staff and the food. When I frequent this location the bartenders see me walking in and already started making our drinks. My preferred drink is the espresso martini (yum). However recently when I visited their upper management had made the decision to switch from espresso vodka to Mr. Black Cold Brew Liqueur. I had never tried it before so I thought what the heck why not? All I can say is the drink was terrible. After a couple minutes, it started to separate and it looked like curdled milk. As the minutes went by it got worse and worse. The bartender took it away and made me something else which was wonderful. They made a very poor decision in using that Mr. Black product.

I highly urged them to go back to their original formula and their original ingredients. Otherwise they’ll never sell another espresso martini.

That is the only bad experience I have ever had at The Château. I love that place!
