Clearly a new waitress. 1/2 of us got their salad or soup before our meal. The other half after our meal. Asked to substitute chowder for soup, she said yes. Then she never cleared our dishes, we stacked at end of the table. Dessert came and we didn't have any utensils to eat it with. We get our check, she charged us full price for the chowder. We pay the bill and she comes back, tells us we need to pay $16 more for drinks. Then we comment about the charge for the chowder and she tosses 6 bucks back at us. This is the worst service I have had at the Chateau. I generally visit the Burlington location have never had an issues
Pizza was good. Salmon was very good. Chicken parm was dry chicken, overcooked pasta and sauce that was very bland. Service was ok. Server was very nice but seemed to be responsible for half of the restaurant! Not sure I would recommend or return.

Meatball parm was very disappointing for an Italian place. Plain, dry, not crispyz paid an extra 1.25 for side salad (instead of fries,,etc), it was small, bits of iceberg and hardly worth it. Friend had salad which looked good. Service staff was very busy but pleasant. Despite being a big place, it wasn't excessively loud which was very nice. I'll try again but wouldn't necessarily highly recommend.

Gluten free pizza was good and the pink sangria was all I had. Solid 3 stars Only place able to accommodate our big party of 14 in such short notice

Requested steak tips medium, cooked well down and dry like beef jerky, said do order over , added few steak tips and used same ones were over again. Haddock was reheated and dry. Waiters made them self available when time pay the bill and leave a tip. Seated near a large party keep standing in back of chairs and banging into us. Using restaurant as there private business office. Felt manager should have spoke to them, more concerned about large bill and potential tip.
Picked up an order for Christmas Eve and realized before I left that they forgot the bread ( 3 loaves). When I got home I found that they also forgot the quart of meat sauce for the toasted ravioli.

I was staying at the attached hotel and decided to order take out. Ordering online was easy. Picking up the order was easy but a little confusing for a first time customer and a little congested. There is a lot of parking. The salad was fresh and tasty. The cheese on the pizza was the highlight of the meal. Thick, chewy, stretchy... everything I want for pizza cheese! There was a problem with my order so I sent a comment to the restaurant. I was impressed to have the manager call me to discuss the next day.

Had a nice family dinner there. The service was great, the food was fairly priced, the portions were big!
The chateau redeemed themselves this time around. I ordered my usual and it was how it used to be months ago. The last couple of times have not been good. Glad I came back and gave it another chance.
