Always had a great meal and a great time here. Ran into Peter the owner up at New Brothers in Danvers and he said he sold the restaurant and that it was being reopened as a sports bar.

Enjoyed Thanksgiving in the ancient Thanksgiving spirit. Had a moment with the proprietor and extensively learned of their annual tradition they share with the community. THE RESTAURANT is or new milestone celebration spot. Thank you for great food and friendly family home atmosphere

This is the PERFECT place for breakfast, brunch and lunch! The cooks are friendly and outgoing and they'll never disappoint on the order yelling!! Thank you for all the great meals when we come through. Instead of breakfast, we ended up with Chicken parm special and turkey dinner. Whoa. Yum. Great stuff. Atmosphere is so comfortable. Tall tables and chairs as well as cozy nooks and small tables too. We will ALWAYS come back.

We were there for breakfast. The eggs, omelet and toast were good but the potatoes and corned beef hash were so salty they were inedible. If it were just me who thought so I'd keep it to myself but there were three of us and none could eat most of the food we paid for.

I took my family to "The Restaurant" and the food was good however cafeteria style you walk up to the grill and order your hot food with the cook and he makes it and you be waiting long so that, was nice (bacon, eggs, pancakes waffles and some other hot food items) the atmosphere seemed ok so all and all this is a place you can bring the family or come as a couple.

The ONLY complaint and it's super minor, is the table tops need to be redone. They are sticky...like permanently. Old wood, BUT everything else is ON POINT! I am from a different state, and these prices aren't as bad as I thought they would be. The food is beyond fresh. The music is very cool. The place is just COOL! loved it!!
