The food...AMAZING. The management needs to be fired immediately. I haven't been here in months because last time it took me 30 minutes to get a toasted bagel w/ CC. So this time I ordered ahead online. I get there and there are 6-7 people ordering/waiting for food. There are 5 additional people waiting to pick up online orders. There is one poor woman running the counter all by herself. Taking the live orders, handing out the online orders and making all the drinks. THIS POOR WOMAN!!!! She was doing her damn best and needs a raise immediately!!!! Where the hell was the manager?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Why was 1 person trying to help 10-15 people by themselves?! How can you open a new location in Watertown when you cant even properly manage and run another location from 7-2? Fire your management, give woman a raise. This is coming from a long time service industry worker/manager.

You know it’s going to be good when you walk in and see the equipment. The bagels are wonderful. The inside is slightly lighter than most and it makes it tastier and easier to eat. Definitely will return.

I expected better! Here are some not so friendly experience at Wicket Bagel:
1) Customers can get pretty confused with the entrance doors -there are two. The employee entrance door comes first, so any customer can get confused with the situation. 2) Their bagel choices are very limited unless you opt for a fancy option and pay $9-$10 for a bagel sandwich. 3) I asked for the coffee creamer, which stays inside the fridge for obvious reason. So I asked an employee to take it out for me. Rather than gladly doing that he gave me a strange look and asked me in return to help my self. The male sales rep also appeared unfriendly. The management should train employees to be more friendly and welcoming. It felt like I was in a wrong place this morning!

I messed up the order not once but twice and the store called me immediately to clarify what I wanted! A rare kind of customer service these days!! I’ll go to you guys in Woburn over another favorite in the area any day!!
