You know it’s going to be good when you walk in and see the equipment. The bagels are wonderful. The inside is slightly lighter than most and it makes it tastier and easier to eat. Definitely will return.
I expected better! Here are some not so friendly experience at Wicket Bagel:
1) Customers can get pretty confused with the entrance doors -there are two. The employee entrance door comes first, so any customer can get confused with the situation.
2) Their bagel choices are very limited unless you opt for a fancy option and pay $9-$10 for a bagel sandwich.
3) I asked for the coffee creamer, which stays inside the fridge for obvious reason....

I messed up the order not once but twice and the store called me immediately to clarify what I wanted! A rare kind of customer service these days!! I’ll go to you guys in Woburn over another favorite in the area any day!!
