Should be called the rude burger.... unmotivated, unhelpful and impatience cashier taking deep breaths and giving us a sassy attitude every time we asked a question about the items on the menu as my fiance is vegan and it was our first time there (Drove 25 minutes from peabody to get there) once our order was placed she came back to the table to notify us there was no veggie burgers (wich i don't understand why would they 86 an item when they literally have a supermarket right in front of their store but that's just me bad management i guess) and seemed surprised when i told my fiance cancel the effing order talking about no respect as if she was being polite to us from the get go pfff please you get what you give ! Learn how to treat customers.

Absolutely fantastic burger place. WUBurger is exactly what you're craving, when you're craving "fast food". Their waffle fries are perfectly crispy, the burgers are flavorful and satisfying, and the ice cream tastes home-made.Would recommend getting the sesame bun on any sandwich you might get. Beyond the excellent UBurger, I've really enjoyed the South End chicken sandwich.Yeah, this place is the best.
Parking: Good amount of parking outside. Sometimes it can get tight, but you can always park at the gas station next door.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is pretty easy from the parking area.

You order the food over the counter, the girl who took the order was friendly and helped with questions on the menu.The restaurant has a classy / retro dinner vibe to it.We ordered the…Firebird chicken sandwichGrilled chicken chipotle sandwichVeggie burger, waffle fries and a side of the special Wu sauce.The food took some time to come, however when it came to the taste, it was pretty darn good. The burgers are a bit on the smaller side, if you have a healthy appetite, you might need to order more patties. The waffle fries are a must try, crunchy, freshly fried and seasoned, don’t miss.Enjoy ! bon appetite !

Wuburger was our first stop after landing at Logan, eager to visit our old favorite. Disappointed would be an understatement.The burgers are no longer smash patties, rather preformed perfectly circle slabs of beef.Their fries used to be fantastic, but have sadly been replaced with battered fries which tasted terrible.Service was friendly as always. Sadly, will not be returning.

Clearly a long-standing local fixture. Diner retro atmosphere is very familiar. Food came out quickly, I ordered a double Wuburger with bacon and waffle fries. The waffle fries are a must. The burger was absolutely delicious, their 'special sauce' is uniquely flavored and very tasty. 10/10 recommend.
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces available when I went on a Wednesday evening

Have visited twice so far and the food has scored well on both quality and consistency. WUBurger is now a regular lunch destination for me and I don't see that changing soon. If you're in the area or even if you're not, stop in for dine in or take out. Oh, and great value too.9/10, you won't be disappointed.

I had a chicken sandwich and fries was so good. I wanted cheese fries but cheese was too spicy. Great service and delicious food. Place was so clean and staff were busy keeping the place spotless!!!! Great service and if problem they would take care you!!!

Wu Burger used to be one of the best burger places around. Unfortunately it appears that they have changed ownership and it has gone downhill. The burger paddies don’t seem to be as fresh as they used to be, and the fries are totally different. I am sad to say that I probably won’t be eating at Wu Burger again anytime soon.

Why does it smell like Roach spray when you first walk in the place.Burger Patty is thin not a good burger.French fries are pretty good that’s about it.
Our experience was good. Nothing to write home about, but still a good burger. However, the waffle fries were better than the burger, which was also a little disappointing. I would have liked to see a little something extra from the signature burger and a restaurant that prides itself on locally sourced ingredients, rather than a regular cheeseburger and "wu sauce".

It was a pleasant experience!! The girl / woman took our order was friendly and helpful! Food was given in a timely manner! Food was pretty good!! Prices were reasonable as well !! We enjoyed it !!

Horrible experience. First time going there and will def be my last. They screwed up my entire order (simple instruction), and it also took well over 20 mins to get a chicken sandwich and fries. The young lady at the order counter was pleasant, and she provided me a cash refund. Everything else about this place was no good.

Slow and messy service, all over the place and lines are waiting with no help. Ordered online 20 mins and waited inside for another 20-25.Edit** fries were cold after they were done and shakes were not what asked for as well as watered down. Paid for more online and didn’t even get what was asked for so that was fun. Too pricey and slow, yikes
