Kid-friendliness: High chairs and booster seats avail for smaller kids. My 8-month-old granddaughter made a mess and the woman offered to clean it up and I refuse to let her do it.

Staying at the AC hotel. The only positive feedback I have is that it’s convenient to order online and pick up. That’s about it because the food is absolutely terrible . I had the margarita flatbread (too much pesto) wings (did not taste fresh) chicken piccata (no sauce and no flavor) and spinach dip (not hot). I would think that I would find something on the menu that was good. Nope I just found disappointment. It’s overpriced junk.

Very unimpressed with the food and service. I got the braised dip sandwich and it was the strangest/skinniest sandwich I have ever seen…tiny and barely any meat. All of our fries/onion rings were not hot. Then we ordered dessert. The beignets were burnt AND I found a piece of lettuce in mine. Luckily they comp’d us for those but overall I would not recommend

I got the steak tips with a side of fries and broccoli. At $36 the fries were soggy and very obviously frozen. The steak tips were overcooked. I ordered medium, leading them to be tough and not great. I got the spicy cucumber margarita which was quite good, and the the service at the bar was great. For a $55, $70 after tip, ticket I expected better quality

Food not great. Mediocre to be precise
Obviously under staffed
Poorly trained employees.
Time to pivot.

We stayed at the hotel after a show. Waited for ten minutes before even being acknowledged by the staff. This guy then went to a girl that looked to be the hostess but she was in the kitchen area. She still wouldn’t come help us. We were about to leave but the guy came around again and said he would just seat us. Another person was also waiting and said they had been there for ten minutes before us. Our waitress took forever to see us, then the food took forever - so long my soup was cold. We waited a very long time to get our check because the waitress was bs’ing with other staff members. I’ve had 110 in Cambridge and it was wonderful so it’s definitely just this location.

Came as a party of 9( including 4 kids), but service was horrible. Several times had to beg for service. The server would forget about stuff that we’ve ordered or bring stuff that we hadn’t. When you did remind her, she had a smirk attitude about it. This happened several times through the night.

The food was one step above being edible. The charring is bitter and not flavorful as intended.

The kids meal had a complimentary dessert , which the server wanted to gloss over and charge for new items.

Getting the check was a chore. For an almost 400$ bill, validation of parking should be a big deal but here we are.

Strongly Do not recommend.

Parking: No validation

Good food, great drinks, amazing service! If I lived in the area I'd go more often! We just dropped by after our convention, and had a great time. Our waitress was so sweet and funny!

Stayed at the hotel.

Service was great - friendly and great timing!

Food, not so good. $28.00 salmon was burnt on both sides so I can’t share what the quality of the salmon was. Any kitchen should know that you can’t serve that. Brussels sprouts, not roasted whatsoever, nor were they prepped correctly. Third side was mashed potatoes but I ordered broccoli. Potatoes weren’t so great. Fiancée said the salad was okay and didn’t have any complaints.

Side note: To the manager berating the staff for nearly 10 minutes, all customers could hear you. Help them and be a leader or quit because you’re not helping anyone or making their shift any better.

Disappointing.

I give this place a 1 star, they throw together a sandwich and I mean throw together a sandwich where the toppings were everywhere, they don’t toast your sandwich bread?? What kind of establishment is this place? It’s a sad excuse for a 110 grill because all other 110s have been great but I shouldn’t have expected any more from the Worcester one…

If you're looking for a real steak and cheese sandwich....go to Ziggy bombs around the corner....less expensive, more bang for your buck
