Spaghetti had water on the plate. Waitress was fine. Hostess was fantastic. Give it another try in the future. Maybe just a tough day.

They handled a large gathering for us and all went off without a hitch. The servers were top notch.

I always judge a first time in Italian restaurant by ordering the spaghetti and Meatballs let's say as a cook and have worked at several restaurants that I wasn't impressed the Gravy was weak and had a very bad after taste and the meatball was rubbery and over salty and lacking lots of ingredients . I ended up throwing it in the trash when I got home after deciding not to feed it to the dogs . Next I want to add I've been served frozen walmart Meatballs at a party that tasted better .

Party of 4, bill almost $150, experience was average but we only went because we had a gift card, probably wouldn't go back. Food was okay, calamari was wet and soggy. $1 taco specials but didn't mention that it's extra $1 each for salsa and sour cream. Our server Molly, was how do I describe it, a little too nonchalant? Not friendly, but not rude, doesn't look you in the eyes, kinda brushes you off. FYI if you pay with card they tack on a extra 3%. The bar area is very loud and the music is too loud. The bathrooms are by the entrance and it smells bad, which they apparently haven't addressed the issue in months because I see reviews mentioning the bathroom smell from months back.

I’ve been here a few times and always had a good experience. The food was really, really good. I’ve never had calamari in Worcester that was as good as the calamari I had here the other day. The waiters and customers were all very nice. The place is always clean.

First time eating here. Had the spagetti and meatball bowl appetizer. The meatballs were overcooked, dry, and not seasoned. Very sad when a restaurant can't even make a simple meatball properly.

I love their vodka chicken pasta plate. They have a really good variety on their menu. Second time coming and was very happy with the service. It was decorated very nice for Christmas and they have a yummy holiday drink menu.

Love the atmosphere, however when there tonight the stench in the hallway & bathrooms was completely disgusting..I’m not sure we can ever go back. Staff indicated that the owner knew about it…….yet nothing was done. Not acceptable

Food was delicious. Unfortunately environment is too noisy. Could not have a conversation with anyone in the party. Could not hear what the wait staff had to say. Everything was repeated.
