Went for the first time and it will definitely be the last time. A fee for using a debit card? That is ridiculous. On top of that the food was mediocre at best. Only a foolish restaurant owner would charge a fee for using a debit card unless his or her goal is to have a one time customer. And you called it a convenience fee. Convenient for who? Good luck.

Food: pretty solid but doesn't really stand out. It's Italian food sort of on a budget. It's definitely a lot better than Olive Garden but it's not fine Italian either. It's good for satisfying that craving without totally destroying your wallet.Service: good service. I felt like my wife and I were getting our wants met, although a little bit on the long side, but not a big deal as many places have staffing issues. Also, I don't like to rush going out anyway!Atmosphere: I would call it a fun atmosphere but not a relaxing one. Tables are placed surrounding a central bar area with loud people. TVs are on with sports everywhere. This isn't a bad thing, it's just not a quiet, romantic environment. Great for watching sports and laughing out loud with loved ones though!

Food is good, but had to wait an extra 20 mins for my order to be made because it was given to Grubhub. Waitress said they could see if GrubHub will bring it back since the original order was a chicken salad. No discount for their inconvenience. They could have at least waived the convenience fee on using a credit card.

My family and I had lunch here on a Sunday and the food was absolutely A-MAZING. One of the best restaurants we've been to while living in Worcester. My husband can't wait to go back but I told him he better not go without me! Would definitely recommend it.

Took my nephew there today for lunch.Been there before so knew better than to order Italian food as it’s awful. H e order fish and chips which I warned him about. Fish was very then and was blah.I had the baked fish. Topping was less than what would expect.Service was excellent which was better than last time.Would not recommend the food there .I tried there burger which was below fast food places up the street.I had there meatballs, I have tried there parm and would call it ok.Do not recommend the food to even four legged friends.

We went on a Friday night and sat at a booth near the very loud bar. The service was good, the pub style food was good, the atmosphere was like a loud sports bar.Parking: Parking is tight
