Worst service ever I had this server named Mat he was extremely rude he was being rude and disrespectful to my 95 year old grandmother and made her food wrong and then he told us it’s our fault I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone over all a terrible experience please never go here

The 99 is a frequent go to for us. Bartenders are friendly and know our orders by now :). Pretty quick service and decent food. We frequently go for trivia night on Thursdays too!

I use to frequent Pub99. Haven't been in a few years. What changed.? I got gold fever wings that weren't that great. They use to be. My friend got a bacon cheeseburger that looked like a McDonald's reject. Even looked like it was microwaved. Food wasn't hot, warm at best. Waited a long time for food even though it wasn't busy. Same when we went to pay.

Dissatisfied & disappointed in this location with the food/ service. Food was “horrible”, mashed potatoes taste like boxed mashed- the French fries taste stale and old. The BBQ Ribs were extremely tough - but advertised as “fall off the bone” lol. The waitress (Lynn) appeared to be annoyed when I asked to make a change to one of my side dishes…. She proceeded to huff and puff and tell me “well now I have to go back and redo it”. I will NEVER go back to this location, just all around a bad experience and I myself do like to dine out.

Our server made my bf very uncomfortable. An older woman, giving prejudice vibes. It was a weird situation. We waited at least 15 minutes to order our drinks while others that just sat were taken care of promptly. Our server barely attended to us. She only spoke to me and ignored my bf who was the paying customer. Another woman brought our meals and got us our drinks. I would have given our tip to her if we could have. She kept walking by us and was snarky when we asked for boxes, after being finished for at least 10 minutes, waiting. Then we waited another 10 for her to take the debit card. She only came when she seen my bf get up to ask the front desk woman if we could just pay there. He tipped her, but I thought she only deserved one dollar for that performance. Very mediocre. My salad was ok, burnt grilled chicken. Unless you are an alcoholic and sit at the bar, the service is a big thumbs down. We will never be back to this establishment.

Never been here before. For starters our waitresses forgot us but did give us a dessert so sure forgiven but why are not 1 not 2 BUT THREE mice running around ur booths, bar and tables one being in a booth BEHIND ME?! Also why are your regular customer at the bar telling my boyfriend that “oh that’s Murphy (or whatever) he has clean paws” bro I do not care how about lets not make it “causal” that there are rodents in your dining room. That is not RATATOUILLE! Frankly I’d be okay if it was addressed as professional adults like hey we have an issue we are working on it sorry for that it’s disturbing. No it’s brushed away. My boyfriend checked reviews mid dinner to see yea they’ve known for weeks and are still opening and serving food with an obviously dangerous infestation of mice. If I see ONE u know there’s MORE let alone THREE who are COMFORTABLE walking up to customers at tables. Thanks for the dessert I will NEVER be coming back here unless that is addressed and I advise anyone thinking of going to reconsider because 99 food for RAT entertainment is not worth it especially when being gaslit by regulars that it’s normal.
