Honestly the most I can say was the food wasn't terrible. But the service was, I was horrified by the number of mistakes made early on, and it didn't improve. We lacked utensils, I ended up drinking from plastic because a glass of just water was too complicated, and the parties around us had similar mistakes made and had to send their food back.I liked the chowder alright but the burger was probably the worst I've had in my life. It was their "all star" and the meat itself was just awful, charred on the outside and too pink on the inside. The special sauce was weird, the bacon was hard as a rock, and I got the inside (middle) of the onion slice. Like did you even try to make it good?I'm not sure if I'll ever go back despite a previously good takeout experience, but I do sincerely hope the server we had gets better or leaves. Like, terse and rude by the end on top of just sucking at her job. Christ. 2/10 if I could but I don't want to leave just 1 star. It wasn't the worst ever...

Food was delicious. The waitress (Dorothy) was extremely rude tho. She had a nasty attitude and didn’t offer us refills or dessert. She didn’t even bother bringing us our food, another waitress brought it to us. We ordered some food to take home as well. She was shaking the bag of food in my fiancé’s face and I was flabbergasted because I have never experienced such an unpleasant server.

This place is great, but the new bartender/server Caitlin sends the ambiance into the stratosphere. She is the most attentive, conversational, and entertaining bartender I have ever interacted with. To top it off, she is remarkably good-looking. You should definitely come here and pay a visit for an unforgettable experience. That is, if you have any taste whatsoever!

Placed an order for bacon cheeseburger no pickles and Mac and cheese I paid for that plus tip.I received a plain burger with pickles no bacon.I paid 20.00 dollars plus cash tip.I will be there tomorrow to show you the video of what I received.I guess I should have checked my food but obviously I trust that what I ordered is what I would receive.I went in and ordered not from an app.This is sad.

I pulled into the takeout area last night was so sick we tried to go in but I just couldn’t! There was a boy taking out takeout to the car next to me I flagged him over asking how do I order through the internet he said he could take our order he did he was so efficient and just genuinely kind what a great asset to the 99 I’m embarrassed I didn’t get his name but he made a bad experience for me and my daughter so so great!!!

Big disappointment.... Since the covid b.s. started and 99s took things off the menu it's not been the same. Potatoe skins are horrible now. Chicken parm gross now. The chicken pot pie went down hill as well. Its a shame this use to be a terrific family restaurant with great food. Now it's horrible food.

Monday night dinner was mediocre. Burger over cooked even though was asked how i want it cooked. DONT ASK IF YOU CANT COOK IT RIGHT. half serving of fries, or may i expected more.... Wife's baked stuffed shrimp was not bad. The 99 seems like its stuck in the 70s-80s and could use a facelift, SOON!

Recently I had a chicken pot pie lunch and it was very, very good. The pie crust was excellent and it had more than enough chicken and vegetables and oh so steamy! Service has always been good considering the shortness of staff that a lot of restaurants are experiencing.Features: I like the convenience of booths for privacy and health benefits.Parking: Ample parking and handicap spots.

My husband and I come here and always have a great meal and service. Not tonight. The garlic teriyaki wasn't very good.. First it was under cooked to my liking, I asked for med well. 2nd it was real tough to cut. My husband offered me half of his sandwich and he took the steak. He also said it was tough to cut and chew .. then I was asked if I wanted another beverage, I was having a beer. They had to go look for more because the bar area was out of stock. Well, they were completely out. Not a good experience tonight ... Sat and college playoff weekend all 12 TV's had the same game on. Hopefully the next time, things will be back on track
