This is top tier soul food. All the reviews talking about the wait time must not know that this is real food. If you’re only trying to wait 10 minutes go on and get you some mcdonald’s cause this ain’t fast food.

I ain’t gon lie, the food here is great BUT they be taking way too long sometimes. Me and my momma decided get lunch one time, and mane took nearly two hours for two plates? We ordered what we always do and previously we’ve gotten it in like twenty minutes. Idk what happened that day but ts genuinely ruined my Addie Lees experience smh

The food is delicious but service is absolutely terrible and unacceptable. So many times I ordered here and they don’t have the items I ordered on the menu. I even tried grub hub one time just for the order to go through and then they call me an hour and a half later saying they can’t make the food. My last straw was the last time I went. I ordered a chicken wing meal and cat fish meal. They said no problem it’ll be ready in 30 mins. I get there and they make me pay and tell me it’ll be a few mins. 50 mins later they finally tell me that they ran out of Mac and cheese and they had to make a new one and that’s what was taking so long. No apology or no comp on any of my food. I waited another 10 mins before I asked for my refund. I won’t be coming back.

The food is amazing. You can tell they make it with love and it’s always fresh. The space is beautiful, I love the wall of picture frames. My first time tasting sweet potato pie, I never eat two slices, but that day I tried it, I almost had three slices 🤭.
Ordered takeout from Addie Lee's Soul Food on Main St in Worcester & completely enjoyed every bite. I had the large beef rib plate that came with cornbread, rice & 2 additional sides. I opted for the yellow rice, collard greens, mac & cheese, then added potato salad. The ribs were falling apart cooked perfectly. All of the sides were seasoned to perfection. Overall very happy with the portions, price, & flavors!

I met the owner of this establishment when I was having a rough time in life he fed me and I fell in love with Addie Lee's I'm now doing much better and I eat here EVERY pay period. We have conversations with staff and customers and it always feels like I'm back home for the holidays
