I received the meal in less than 5 minutes but I wish the flavor was more memorable. I had a cheese omelette with extra veggies, rye bread and I was so impressed that they had decaf coffee. The omelette was a huge portion such that it filled the large plate but it had a lot of American cheese, an unusual amount. I'd definitely recommend if you need a quick fix when hungry. The menu is also pretty limited so you can only pick from simple breakfast meats, pancakes, eggs or bread. The service was outstanding though which covers for the old diner feel.

I ate here for the first time a few months ago and since has become my favorite spot to eat. Whether you're ordering breakfast or lunch, you can be sure Annie will make you a plate that tastes like it's your grandmother's family recipe (and not some generic tasting meal). Everything is made with only the best ingredients and you'll certainly be able to taste the difference. And you can't beat her prices! I highly recommend this corner gem - and you'll probably see me there when you do!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian dishes on the menu but everything is made to order so you can remove any meat products off a dish to fit your diet needs. As far as I am aware there are not meat-replacement products available (plant based, ect).

This place has the best value for money $5 for a 4 huge scrambled egg omelet and toast. Better deal than any other diner in my opinion.

Food was good...busy atmosphere and server was nice. My friend and I sat a little too long but I was watching to make sure no one was waiting. The cook came over and nicely said they needed the table. We jumped up immediately and told her we totally understood. UNTIL she rudely said "sorry but you know that's the way we make our living" She was very snarky and kept going on about it. I have never been asked to leave like that and it won't happen again because we won't return.

Updated review:Since the diner closed and reopened, it's gone down hill... I went for the first time today and received a piece of charcoal for bacon and my eggs were somehow raw and overcooked at the same time and missing the yolks. How does that even happen? Will not be back.Old review:The staff here are super friendly and WOW their pancakes are huge! Good prices too

Solid diner. Food is very good, better than the dining hall for sure lol. Although they can be fairly hit or miss, sometimes they'll serve you a gourmet and the other time your bacon is burnt. Do recommend though!

Absolutely disgusting and very unprofessional. Wait staff was not good and rude checking out. Eggs were undercooked my wife asked for scrambled and they came in one big pile of over hard got home fries and they were half potatoes not even home fries.. awful first experience and will never return for a second time.

I saw they got 4.9 stars on google. No other restaurant I've seen has that high a rating, so I decided to check them out. It started out with me being greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They offered me a seat. They cleaned the table before i sat down. They they asked if I wanted anything besides water. And then brought me water. I didn't ask for it but I think it's great and I kinda wish every place did that. Excellent customer service and hospitality. Everyone was smiling. The chef was on fire. ? They didn't have Eggs Irish on the menu but they immediately offered to custom make whatever I wanted. It was so delicious. The coffee is very good too. Very fast workers and fast service. Very overtly friendly. She gave me my change before she even took my $20 because I she saw it on the table lol. Very observant. I would come back here again if I'm ever in the area for breakfast. Last but not least, it was extremely inexpensive.
