I love cooking seafood and trying out new recipes. I cook some form of seafood usually about twice a week. Often I'll find recipes I want to try out, but the fish or shellfish needed is tough to find in grocery stores. That's why I wanted to find a local fish monger: I thought it could be my go-to spot for more obscure seafood. I went in the mkt. This afternoon. Rude employees. Like l was bothering them. Fish was good. The coleslaw is a disaster. Too much horseradish and Red onion should never be in it. Not sweet at all. I had to redo it when l got home. Not balanced at all. Where ever u buy it, cancel it. Or whomever is making it, stop them.
