Me and my family went to Applebee’s Friday and had the best experience! My server Tasha was honestly the sweetest super kind, fast, and on top of everything even though it was busy. The hostesses Heidi and Micaely were so friendly and helpful, I even saw one of them helping an older man to the bathroom which was so nice of her, the food was so good.The manager Laura was great too, making sure everything was running smooth. Loved the whole vibe me and my family will definitely be coming back

The last time me and my fiance visited this Applebees, we walked in and was immediately informed they were short staffed and there was a wait, the dining area was empty. The time before this, our waitress came to take our order, and never came back. It took over an hour to get our cold food, as our waitress was chit chatting with her friends in the back the entire time. NEVER going back to this Applebees.
Online delivery order. Every time I order a burger, I select NO PINK. Each time I receive my food, the burger is PINK all the way through. Why give 2 options, when you only provide one!!!???? Disappointed 😞

I ordered food using door-dash b/c I did not want to leave my house & drive to Applebee's, ordered $145 worth of food, they gave the delivery guy only 1of my 2 bags & then when I called, they lied to me, telling me the driver left 1bag when they only handed him 1 bag. I ended up having to leave my house & drive there to get my food, which was now cold & they never offered me any type of compensation for the inconvenience nor did a manager ever come out to apologize. Horrible service!
