Can I please just send a shout out to one of the people that manage this particular franchise ?! I ordered on Doordash and PER USUAL it was messed up. I feel like doordash is the side line company that doesn't value their employees OR customers... I know, because I'm both, a customer and employee for Doordash. They are downright horrible. There was a manager at this location, Chris, that literally brought my forgotten beer cheese dip and rectified the situation!!!! This moves me! This world has been so lost in stupid crap these days.. technology, for instance. Our life revolves around phones and dumb sh#$, so generosity and kindness is appreciated by this single momma!!! Thank you again, Chris!!! Somebody give this guy a raise!

We have made Applebee's our new 'fast-food' option. With their $10 burger, fries and soda, it beats the price at McDonalds and you get an actual burger. Beyond the great price, you have pretty good service, which is nowhere to be seen at any fast food place in Worcester. I'm really happy we gave it a try a while back, it has paid off!

Food is decent, especially for the price. And staff seems friendly. Last time I went for pick up it turns out my meal was missing in the sealed bag.
Had to drive back and wait while they cooked me a whole new one. Don't wanna make a huge deal out of it but no compensation was offered and it rubbed me the wrong way.
Have had plenty of other fine experiences here though so, take my annoyance with a pinch of salt.
