Waitress was already in a mood from the second we walked in. Asked her to please get someone to wipe the table because it was sticky. She rolled her eyes and visibly huffed as it was an inconvenience. She then looked shocked when she picked up the menu and it stuck to the sticky table. I get things happen. Not a big deal, until she went over to her coworkers and she started pointing in our direction and laughing with the other workers. She definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service. Still left a generous tip because I understand times are tough.

Came to eat today and stood there for a good 20mins with no one acknowledging me and my party. There were 3 servers, all talking in a circle. They noticed us after about 5mins but still continued to talk and one of the servers walked near us to check on tables like three times but didn’t even look in our direction. I would understand if it was busy but it was literally dead (it was raining). A couple people at the bar and a couple tables all already settled in with their food. Last time we came here, we waited 30mins until someone came over just to tell us that their kitchen was closed, which it was not. The people here just don’t care, they were probably hoping for us to just leave.

Showed up around 10pm and it was pretty empty, maybe 2 tables and three people at the bar. I waited with my party of 4 at the door for about 20 minutes while 3 employees were chatting to each other at the bar. An employee walked past us twice and never acknowledged us. We never got seated or even talked to so we decided to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this location, the Millbury location has better service

I like to come here when they have their specials. They recently had the 2 for $25 deal where you can get 2 salads or an appetizers and 2 entrees for just $25. They had a month where they served $5 margaritas too. Cool place just watch for their ads on TV.

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service I've ever experienced from the hostess, waitress to the management team. Dirty. Unorganized. 15 employees standing around, 3 managers in the back yet nothing getting done. Just close this building down. It's trash. ?️

I’m really not one to leave a bad review, especially because I’ve worked in food service for 6+ years, serving for more than half. But I went out with 3 friends and my server Analicia was actually the absolute worst waitress I’ve had in my life. Speaking very nonchalantly and un caring. She did surprisingly bring everything we requested in a quick timely manner however her attitude was less then subpar. I caught her staring at our table many times , saying offly rude comments during the dining experience and when we went to pay maybe taking a couple minutes because we used the bathroom, “you still working on that” not in a polite charming way, more negatively. Food was awesome but the service was not there

Great menu choices. Today we had 5 star food and service.
I ordered my steak medium well and it came out well done. I requested to have it re-made and they took a long time to bring it out. My family finished eating their meal and the steak was not out. The manager did not come to the table to apologize or to check if I wanted anything else. Was not a good family

I wish i could put a zero bad everything the workers dont want to work. I ordered food all you can eat 2 of them they can out with one order. Wrong order for my kids. And i was waiting 20 mins for my plate 20 min after... we called a manager then the food came how convenient... not.. never going back. Lost my appetite.

Bad service, I had to wait about 30 minutes for them to come to take the drink order and the waitress left a lot to say with the attitude. They told me about that place that they gave bad service but I didn't believe it until I went and I received bad service, perhaps because I saw it. to someone who is Hispanic and doesn't speak much English but I won't go there again because of that bad experience......
