Ordered food online, was charged, went to the restaurant and it was closed.. lights off, door locked. Got nowhere attempting to address the issue and wanting a refund. Was told they prepared the order, allegedly called me several times (phone records do not indicate that) to come pick it up and I never showed. All of this was a lie. I've ordered from this restaurant weekly for the past year and have never had an issue. Terrible way to run a business. If you read the comments below, somebody else had an issue with ordering food and driving 25 minutes to pick it up and the place was closed so this is not me just being a "Karen".

Ordered by phone. Drive 25min to pick up and the place is closed. ??
Called to order food and the lady who answered the phone was rude. We put in our order and said one second to grab the card out of my wallet and she said ugh you should’ve had it ready already and was so rude. We hung up. Will never go here again.

Terrible, poor quality, soggy dough, pizza fell apart, no flavor in sauce, completely got my order wrong, under staffed. When confronted they only offer a 2$ discount. I will never order here again. Also I notice the owner only comments on positive reviews.
