B.T.'s Fried Chicken and BBQ

Walked up to counter with no greeting from staff. Waited over 30 minutes in the store for an order I placed 30 minutes prior to arriving. The employees do not smile or care about your business. I’ve been here before and enjoyed it! After this experience, my family and I will not be back here.

New fan! I just did my first order today for pick up. Was pleasantly surprised that it was a crisp and clean space (rare these days) when I walked in. The man employee immediately offered to help, grabbed my order quickly and mentioned that he included the sauces that I asked for in my order note. Super easy, painless, correct and tasty - it could all be so simple! thanks guys. I'll let everyone know to stop by.

The brisket was good but needed more seasoning. I had the poutine but the Nashville hot chicken looked so good. I'll try that next time. Overall, I would go back.

I came here craving fried chicken with BBQ sauce. Food was good. Friendly service. What was most disappointing was their sauces. They had house BBQ, sweet BBQ, Piedmont, meat heat, and mustard (I tried all except for the mustard). House BBQ was very liquidy and tasted mostly of apple cider vinegar... Sweet BBQ and Piedmont tasted almost the same, both being overly sweet. Neither BBQ sauces tasted like actual BBQ sauce... Meat heat was the only one that actually tasted good, but it's very spicy. Also don't know if they have A/C going or not, as it felt almost as hot inside as it was outside. Or it might just be hot since the kitchen is not isolated from the checkout and seating area.

New customer but forever fan, the staff were super friendly and talkative any question you had they could answer it. The food is out of this world,I got a smoked chicken sandwich with some friend let me tell you I have to fight the urge to drive an hour I really hope they make they way to rhode island some day soon. The chicken. Melted in your mouth and it hit you with pure flavor. The portions are great I couldn't Finnish my fries and had to take them home.

Best fried chicken I've ever had. The brisket has a deep smokiness and melts in your mouth. The collard greens have generous brisket pieces cooked in for a perfect barbeque side flavor. And the cucumber salad is addictive too. One of the rare places where the staff introduce themselves and take an interest in you.

So I went here recently and got the Beef Brisket Sandwich and I have to say I would have given this place a 5 stars if I the sandwich I got wasn’t ALL FAT!!! Literally the beef was about 80% ALL FAT! I was so disappointed because the meat would have been so good if it wasn’t all fat! I was so disappointed.

I figured I’d get a better welcome than I did. I was hoping the staff would be friendlier. The prices are excellent for the menu. But I have to be honest I was disappointed in the under seasoned meat and my burnt chicken. I’m sure it’s a great place but it’s not for me.

The Thursday burnt ends are incredible, throw it together with the mac and cheese and you have a match made in heaven. I really appreciated Austin's friendly greeting made me feel comfortable ordering something I've been excited to get for long time. For under $25 I'll have enough for 2 meals and will be satisfied for a while.

Fantastic service, and great BBQ flavor, but like most places now, just a little pricier than it should be. Fresh-cut fries, BBQ chicken wrap, and a can of seltzer water will run you about $21.00.

I went here for the 1st time and wasn't impressed. The pulled pork was really fatty, The pulled chicken was really dry, the corn bread you need to dip it in water before eating it was so dry. The ribs were decent and the fries were good. The food had a good smoke on them. I'm from the south and was disappointed in this place, I expected better.
