Fantastic food! The service is very quick. Only gripe they don’t have sausage links and food is warm not hot, but I really like the food! The Mac and cheese is the best I’ve ever had! The cold sides were good. I got the cucumber mix which tasted like some vinaigrette. we also got the brisket, pulled pork and ribs which was smoky! My bf thought the meats were dry/chewy although I agree but I still like it! Would come again.

I ordered poutine w/extra gravy on the SIDE and the brisket w/Mac and cheese. Collards, and corn bread. The first thing I will say is that their food is HEAVILY smoked...I mean, REALLY REALLY smoky so know that before you order.Poutine: the gravy was just ..smoky. bother flavor whatsoever. It was also very thin and since they put the extra gravy on the fries instead of one the side, I basically got fries and cheese soup. O had to throw it away.Brisket: I wanted to try something new. It was tender and flavors le but VERY salty and that's coming from one who loves all things salty. There was a LOT of fat on it...I wish that I had taken a picture. I would say that it was 70% fat and 30% meat.Mac n cheese: decent bit just not much flavorCollards: best thing I orderedCornbread: okay but DRY as a desert.Service: young dude serving the food was SLOWWWWWW. I mean, if he was racing a turtle, he wouldn't have gotten lapped twice. It was super busy too. My man needs an energy drink or some caffeine or something. The line is super confusing so people were standing everywhere. The man ringing up orders was also preparing food so those of us who ordered ahead were just standing there waiting with no clue where to get our food. Finally I asked if he could handus our food before starting a huge order (the bags were literally sitting behind the counter)

Always and awesome experience. We drive 45 minutes just for this place because of how good it is. Never have been disappointed in any of our visits.

Food is always room temperature, everything has a vinegar flavor to it, the brisket is mostly fatty. The baked beans are really good though but it’s like the owners know they are the only restaurant of their kind in this city so they don’t think they have to deliver good quality.

Doesn’t match the location in Sturbridge. However the service was much better and extremely friendly. Brisket was a bit dry and the fried chicken was a bit too greasy in comparison to the original location (had gone there the previous week).Still worth the visit if you’re in the area and craving bbq

The owner cares enough to sue another small business for a "similar" name, but doesn't care enough to have good tasting, quality food at the worcester location. What an odd

The sides need a lot of work.I lived in Texas and had some great BBQ experiences and was eager to try BT. My boyfriend got two pieces of brisket and the pork ribs. The center piece of brisket he loved, the end piece was dry. The ribs were not memorable. I got the pulled pork and thought it was amazing. The side dishes, however, were either VERY salty or vinegar dominated the dish. Cole slaw and collard greens had so much vinegar they were hard to eat and in the trash they went. The Mac and Cheese was a dish of salt. In the trash it went. Will go again for the meat. We will stay away from the sides.

B.T's location in Worcester is excellent. Have gone there several times and absolutely love the chicken sandwich with pickles and mayo. Chicken is so tender and fresh. Love the cornbread and sides, with going to!!!!

I ate the delicious chicken and fries so fast, I forgot to take a photo! It started with one bite of the beautifully seasoned fries and I just couldn't stop. The fried chicken was well coated and the BBQ sauce was such a great addition. Also, the fries are a lot! Perfect restaurant for takeout on a Sunday evening and the delivery service is super fast!

Okay. So when I tell you that this place is next level. You have no idea. I have been driving past this place for the longest time. And I finally stopped in. The food was on point with everything and they also have poutine in there, which I'm going to go back and try highly. Recommend this place and shout out. To the employee Evolina, she was awesome.

Brisket was good. And their Mac n cheese is on point. Their grits tasted a little vinogery. I would definitely recommend if you like real smoked Brisket and chicken.
