Went here with a friend who claimed it to have "the best sushi in town." I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. Every roll we got blew my mind with the delicious factor, and the two cocktails we got were beyond tasty as well.It was understandably busy on a Friday night, and our food still came out in a reasonable time. It's worth looking into whether they accept reservations if you don't want to wait in line (though, the wait would be worth it!)

Went out to Baba Sushi and had a great meal! Their specialty rolls are excellent, definitely a 5/5. I loved their Spider-Man Maki and Lion King Maki. Both had lots of flavor and an excellent bite. The other two we got—the Caterpillar and the Spicy Salmon were good, but nothing to write home about. I would consider getting them again because they’re just solid rolls. Lastly, we got the fatty tuna (sashimi) which was soooooo good. The texture was perfect and they were generous on the portion size. Not insanely expensive either!Ambiance was nice as it’s a cute little restaurant. The presentation of the sushi is wonderful on the huge plate (and they have nice chopsticks too!). Shoutout to our server (I think her name was Anna) for refilling waters and making the kitchen aware of my avocado allergy so they removed it from the Caterpillar Maki.

A restaurant in a house turned commercial, and it feels like it. That tight, truncated, feeling may work for some people, but it's one reason for my lower rating. Sushi was good, but I've had better, and I've been at places with menus that were much more creative. The team was really nice. Food and beverage service was prompt. Overall, workable, and I would certainly come back.

Baba is always my “go-to” when I want a great sushi experience and this visit didn't disappoint. Got an assortment of sashimi and rolls and they were all spectacular as usual. There are so many Asian style restaurants in central MA that dabble in sushi but none match the quality of Baba. Glad it has stayed so great and not lost their way as they've grown.

Definitely pretty expensive, but everything is nowadays anyways lol. Also pretty crowded and not a lot of privacy per table... But I will say, the food was good. My stir fry was delish, my friend loved her sushi, we both loved the pork gyosa, and the scorpion bowl we shared was definitely nice and strong! Would come back and would still recommend it to others.
Incredible experience…this was our first time at Baba Sushi & our waiter, Vu, was personable and gave us outstanding service. The sushi was fresh and of the highest quality. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Can’t wait to be back!

I’ve come to baba many times before, this is my first time trying oysters from them. Unfortunately, both my friend and I both got food poisoning from eating their oysters. I’ve eaten oysters countless times and this is my first time getting food poisoning so I don’t really know how they prepare their oysters in the back. But beware. Overall, everything else were great

If you like Sushi, YOU have to go! Very Cozy place, with delicious food, and a great service. Kudos to Keyla (I hope I got it right), She made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.Reservation is recomended for this place.
