It’s honestly the slowest service on the planet, there will be a line of 10 people and 10 others still waiting on their food, and the girls that work here do not hustle what so ever, they mope around like snails. It’s a bagel…. How hard is it to toast a bagel and slap cream cheese on it… it’s good food don’t get me wrong, but not worth the wait. 30 min or more for a bagel!???! Get your act together bagel time

Good food. The place is filthy. Ceiling, floor and walls are all in poor condition. All of the tables were dirty and not cleaned for the next customer.

I brought 1/2 dozen bagels very good and fast service. It reminds me of my high school day in New York. Those fresh delish and filling I will be back again perhaps a dozen next. bagel time

My recent visit to Bagel Time was an absolute delight. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by the comforting aroma of freshly baked bagels, and I knew I was in for a treat. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home.
When you go to a BAGEL SHOP, it's insane that they won't give you any BAGELS unless it's a sandwich, because they are "busy". You've been open for how many years?? How do you not prepare to be busy? On top of that, the girl at the register rolled her eyes and took out her phone as soon as I got thrown off with that info(there was no sign). Trying to decide which sandwich I wanted and asked if I could have the bagel sandwich with the egg soft scrambled, she looked at me like I had five heads, so I asked how the egg was prepared she literally said "they can't it's fried, like an egg on top of an egg" HUH??? Made the mistake of ordering a sandwich and I've now been here for 30 minutes.... I drove 20 minutes for nothing but confusion and atttiude lol never again

It's a warm Sunday morning, the sun wakes you up by peaking through your blinds, birds are chirping, but.. your stomach is rumbling. If you have ever been in this situation, and you crave a freshly made, warm, flavorful, breakfast sandwich. This is your spot. Bagel time is the epitome of the bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. When me and my friends go here, I swear after our first bite of the "good morning" sandwich on a cheddar jalapeño bagel, we stare into each others eyes and feel nothing can beat that moment. Thank you bagel time..thank you

The bagels are delicious !!! I know there is a wait for food which I don’t mind because they’re so tasty, but I would recommend calling orders by name. It just so happened someone ordered similar to mine and when my order was called he got up and grabbed it, I’m too shy to say anything so I let it happen (I knew it was mine because I was there way before he was). I ordered a cheddar jalepeno good morning bagel with sausage , and he had ordered a cheddar jalepneno egg and cheese with sausage (similar) - so when my order was called he grabbed it, and so I waited longer, thinking mine would be next so then they called out what I assumed was his order because no one else stood up and claimed it …so I just grabbed it. It was still good, but not what I ordered. I think calling orders by name would be extremely helpful to prevent this when people have the same or similar orders . Thank you !!Update: changed my review to a 5 star because they implemented the change suggested of calling orders by name to prevent confusion. Best in the city thank you❤️❤️
