This place sucks. The staff are so rude.

A group of us rented the room upstairs to cap off a day of golf for a bachelor party. Sean was great to work with during the planning and was extremely responsive. Meaghan took care of our group that night and was very friendly and courteous. Beer, food, and service was all fantastic. Strongly recommend!

Waited 45 minutes and never got a server. Went inside 3 times kindly requesting service. Wait staff obviously has no clue and could care less.

The blood orange lager is one of the best beers I’ve ever had. Service is always great, there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, the food menu is A+, and located within walking distance to Polar Park, Crompton Collective, etc. They are attached to the ice rink so use their private parking lot, or park on a surrounding street. Truly a gem of Worcester.

I went to the brewery during lunch hour on a weekday at 12 and sat at the bar. It took 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Then after 30 minutes without being offered a menu or taking a drink order our party of two left.

Great brewery with a tremendous staff, and really good food. Fast service and tasty brews with some other options for the non-beer drinkers. Located inside a hockey rink, it's hard to best a place like Bay State Brewing company!

We typically come here every Wednesday for date night. They have the best bartender! The Vinny Cream Ale, Cuttyhunk and Sinshine are favorites. Order the pizza and wings. Omg the pizza rivals the best in the city. It's like a hidden gem. The staff are nice. Admittedly, when you sit at a table away from the bar, you can sometimes get slower service but they are busy and they are trying their best. Relaxed atmosphere with a really beautiful patio out front where hop plants envelop you creating a really cool vibe.

Beer selection was smaller than some other breweries but every beer we tried was amazing! Plus they served food, it came out fast and was absolutely delicious.

Wicked good beers haven’t tried the food but the service was nice and the beers were amazing

My daughter is learning to play hockey and having the tap room attached to the rink is amazing! Great beer as well!

This beer absolutely hits the spot. The Madam Rhubarb comes as advertised and is flawless. The King Midas Golden stout is also exceptional. Unfortunately, the lunchtime rush hurts the overall experience as there is only 1 bartender slinging drinks for this full bar on a Sunday.
